I made the order by post. I waited and waited then I sent an email to enquire who much longer I would have to wait. It took approx another 10days. Like the merchandise but I don't rate the admin and delivery service

Love this company!
I first heard of them when one of their catalogues was delivered with junk mail over 10 years ago. In the beginning I used to recycle the catalogues as I thought them 'too posh' with prices out of my range, however in 2013/14 following Cancer diagnosis and major surgery, plus an exit package from previous employer, I'd decided to thank my family for their love and support by saying they could choose something from the company (within reason 😉)
I've had nothing but excellent service from them from repairing rings I'd originally bought from them to them contacting me whenever the size of ring wasn't available and not being able to size up/down the nearest size due to how the ring was designed e.g not a single band etc, allowing me to swap in totally different rings instead and refunding or making arrangements to pay the difference.
They are my go-to when I need a boost 💝

Ordered on line, said would take 7/14 days didn't realise it was working days so sent email saying needed by Saturday (24th) took 2 days to reply and just going through system which wasn't really a reply sent another email saying if they could not guarantee delivery I would cancel order it was posted out on Wednesday and arrived on Thursday, so our twin granddaughters got there 21st Birthday presents on time.

I give customer service 5 stars for their information, reassurance & support.
Before I purchased the two items, I requested reassurance that they would be delivered in time, as one was a Birthday gift.
Unfortunately due to previous experiences of being too lengthy a time with dispatch & delivery, this was of great concern to me.
I had to call customer svs again for that very reason.
The lady I spoke to there was so helpful. That is my reasoning of 5 stars given.
I need to add that these two sets of shell pearls were not in the best of conditions. With chippings from them left in the satin boxes.
I have to say that this is the first time the quality of Shipton & co items wasn't up to scratch. I am sorry to state that, as this is most unusual.
Hence the 3 stars.

Let me start by saying I would order again. Customer service was not brilliant over the phone and there was no response to an email I sent.
Item took a while to arrive. It was for a birthday present and didn't arrive on time. That's fine as it was for my mam and she understood. Item was perfect in its own right but did not look like the one on the website! The item looked green tones on the website and pinkish tones in real life.

For the first time, ordering from Shipton & Co, something went wrong. I ordered 4 items but when the delivery eventually arrived there were only 3 items in the bag but the delivery note itemised all 4. There was no note saying one thing would be coming later. I contacted the company, which got back to me quickly, saying it would investigate. A few days later the missing item arrived, no explanation. All is well but I was concerned about lack of information.
