I order a pair of Emu boots size 8 they were way too big, i called for a returns number which i got straight away no being made to hold the line for 20mins, i posted the un wanted boots back the following day and 3 days later the new pair are on their way. I had wanted these boots for a couple of months and was willing to pay full price but kept putting off the purchase but on seeing shoe envy's amazing prices and free delivery I couldn't resist and ordered immediately.
