I had to telephone to order the boots as the online sytems wasn't working properly, tle lady that i spoke to was very friendly and helpfull and my boots arrived within 2days !!
Would use this site again.

Delighted to have found Shoe Envy. They had the shoes that I had been looking for on other shoe sites only at half the price. The service was excellent. I received my order within a couple of days of ordering. My only wish is that they get more choice of shoes and bags especially of Fly of London as they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever bought.
Will definitely be buying from Shoe Envey in the future.

My favourite boots ever are my fly mes brown boots, had them for ages and they were pretty wrecked so I was so chuffed to find them here for half the price! Great customer service on product before buying, very helpful, informative and friendly English speaking person on the phone. I then went on and ordered my boots at that time, they arrived 2 days later and I was kept up to date with dispatch and delivery tracking. Ordered my wife some slippers and we ordered a size too small (as per online instructions). They came quickly but didnt fit. Staff really helpful about returns and new ones ordered quickly. Wife over the moon with the Emu slippers.

Ordered boot's on the Tuesday morning and they were with me by thursday afternoon, and I didn't have to pay for postage. I was kept informed of my order by e mail so I knew when to expect delivery, really great service and the boot's were the cheapest online!
