Nice simple ordering process and brilliant delivery as my parcel tracking information link was sent on the despatch confirmation email. Boots are as described and i'm pleased as punch with them.
I went for the Fly London Mes warm boot as a big fan of the brand, I was a little concerned that i wouldn't like the lining but as the other reviews say it does just make the boot more comfy.

We had a little hiccup ordering on-line on the saturday, but a phone call on the monday quickly confirmed that my order had been accepted. The staff member could not have been more helpful and the boots arrived the following day. I am so pleased with them. They are top quality and great value for the money. Thank you Shoe Envy

good service, could be made better by noting any ordered items that are out of stock on the delivery note, it would save customer having to notify you that an item was missing only to be told it was out of stock!
got a return email quickly when i queried the order tho.

I saw these boots on the high street but didn't want to pay £115!! Saw them on the shoe envy website at £65, a bargain. They arrived within a couple of days and I've no complaints, lovely and comfy for the winter.

Ordered emu boots on a Monday, arrived 8.30 on Tuesday morning. Website very clear to see stock, delivery and would definately reccomend, (the boots are great too)

Paid for next day but never arrived. Called and was assured my order would arrive the following day. Never happened.
Cancelled my order and asked for a refund and I was granted this, but surprisingly the order arrived next day anyway.
Communication is Terrible. Never again!

I ordered these EMU boots as one of my wife's presents - ordered late as usual on the Friday - received confirmation by email and traced via Post office throughout. The boots arrived by 11AM on the Monday - perfect timing as wife didn't get home until midday. The boots are excellent and the wife loves them to bits. Would definitely use again.
