I received my items very quickly from Shoeaholics but just didn’t like them when they arrived, no reflection on the company, just didn’t think they were worth the money I had paid, I returned both pairs the same day, which was 18th December, still waiting for the refund, the length of time it takes to refund your money is far too long, I emailed customer services who were not helpful at all.

I order all the time from Shoeaholics and o have only ever had one problem when some boots I returned never made it back to them … when I complained they promptly refunded me. Other than that the orders come in a timely usually fast manner so I don’t have any complaints . I was surprised by the bad reviews . I have onlr experienced good customer service .

Should have read all the reviews before I ordered from Shoeaholics. Ordered a brand new bag - it arrived used and faulty. Company did not take my complains seriously and said I can return or get 10% off my original order. They would not exchange it for the same one - and they are now out of stock. The bag I bought the day following went down further in price. Still awaiting for support for a refund - they said they’d send me a code for free returns but I’ve never had this. Really dissapointed

I never received my delivery the driver left it in an unsafe place and you never helped at all in resolving it and giving me my refund even though Evri admitted the delivery was not to a satisfactory standard.
I'm now out of money without my parcel and taking legal action.

First time ordering from shoeaholics and will not do again. My partner purchased some boots and item was marked as dispatched from Evri. We were out during delivery so he went on the Evri app and marked to leave in safe place in the rear garden. Item was marked as delivered by Evri and a photo of a piece of grass next door was taken with no package in it and no package to be found. Reported to Evri first who said they would call back and never did. Reported to shoeaholics who advised it had been delivered as per the photo (which shows no package) and we should have noted where to leave the parcel. Emailed back to say as such and that we had left a note on the app. Just received another email - a week later I might add - to say the same as before so they clearly didn’t read the email? You can’t speak to anyone to get immediate answers and the staff fob you off. They were a supposed to be a Christmas present. Looks like we will have to do a chargeback.

Goods were left in a bin outside my house which was emptied and hour after delivery! They refused to refund and said it's my fault for not claiming through evri. By law it's not my responsibility. Disgusted with their service

There was a response to my earlier review asking me to provide further details so the issue could be resolved, as I had requested a like-for-like replacement for my faulty heels. After I sent the requested details, I followed up with another email to your customer services team, including a screenshot of your Trustpilot reply. Despite this, I received the same response stating that a replacement could not be provided. This raises the question of why the additional details were requested in the first place if the issue was never going to be resolved.

I ordered my items last week and needed them. In time for Christmas, I got a little concerned as my item did not say dispatched for a while, I sent a quick email and my order was shipped immediately and my items arrived the next day. The customer service and delivery experience has been excellent…especially as I can appreciate this is the busiest time of the year for them I’m sure. I cannot be more pleased with my items, the price was incredibly good and the delivery was excellent. Thank you all so much.

Item ordered on the 8th December and still waiting for it. Seems to have gone missing with Evri on the 11th. Shoeholics Customer Service contacted them, promising to get back to me within 48 hours. They have not and are ignoring e-mails about a replacement or a refund.
Yes, I subsequently got an email, advising me the refund was now being processed.
