So, please with Shoe dazzle.

Shoe dazzle is a company that stand by it's word. I bought a pair of shoes and it was over the deadline and they accommodate me with easy. I soooo love customer services. I am forever shopping with this company.

No reviews on actual website but Great shoes.

Shoes were amazing however, I can't review the website. I used a deal that gave me half off my first pair and I thought that this website was cool. I was excited to pay full price the next time I used the website until they try to charge my card $49.95Usd for something I never got. I was like Oh like that's weird but I didn't have money in my account and they left me alone and then for the next few months they did not charge anything cuz there was $0 in my account. A few months later today I get another charge on my account however it's pending because it's the beginning of the day and taxes had just came in at the same time. I need every penny because I'm poor I'm not rich I can't just toss 50 bucks at a company and keep going Heaven forbid, I was mother with children who needed to eat. I'm writing this review so you can make it more apparent that there are underlined agreements inside of using coupons and being subscribed you need to look deep into your account and check. And they won't let me post this under verified company account.

Shoes have gone up.
You still have fees even when you use your credit. I’m done after many many years with this and just fab. I’m done.

Beautiful Trench Coat

Over the past few months, I had marked what my favourite items were. Today I bought a khaki trench coat. I can hardly wait to see it and then wear it of course. I must say, I have bought boots, and sweaters, and all the products were of exceptional quality.

Long Term Member

I have been a member of Shoedazzle for years. The quality of the shoes is wonderful. However, many of the shoes I like that are wide width are sold out or not available. I would like to see more variety and availability.

I feel robbed. Don’t join this company.

I had several credits built up and ShoeDazzle changed their policy where they were going to start taking credits (that had previously been paid for) if they were unused. I have been with this company for almost 10 years and I feel like I have just been stolen from. I am ending my membership IMMEDIATELY. I just can’t believe a company would take 100’s of dollars from someone who followed for so many years, even tho they didn’t fit my style most months.

I was basically forced into a…

I was basically forced into a membership. You guys have made the cancelation process very tedious. This will be my first and LAST time purchasing anything from you. I will also never recommend you to anyone

Polite but Empty responses

I see all the polite responses to people's unpleasant experiences just like myself. Typically about stealing money from loyal customers in the name of a newly implemented policy.
Yes, it is one thing to be polite and responsive, it is another to actually do something about it. They do not contact you nor make any efforts to refund huge amounts of money stolen. Don't be fooled.
