Scam

Shoedazzle claims they send a reminder email when credits are about to expire and they do not. It is ridiculous to me that we pay $49.95 per month and the credits expire to begin with. We should be able to use them when we want-we paid for them. I would never use this service or JUSTFAB again-they are both the same. Just buy your shoes from Ross.

Used to be a good company

When I joined Shoedazzle they took $40 per month which you could use to buy $40 worth of product from them. Then they got greedy. NOW they take $50 per month & you CANNOT use $50 toward any products; you are forced to use "1 VIP Credit" on one item. This way they don't allow you to use the full $50 toward your cart balance. On top of that your $50 payments (VIP CREDITS) expire..WOW. That was always a scam but I could live with that. They are now blatantly ripping off their customers. It used to be a good value; a way to build up "shoe budget cash" for when you saw something you wanted. Now it's just another greedy scam to keep more of your money.

This company's new policy is to steal from their customers.

Like so many others, I was informed that 9 of my VIP credits just magically expired without any communication or acceptance of these new policies. I contact support, both chat and phone, and despite the fact that I was not notified in any way, I would not receive the credits I paid for.

My credits amount to $450 that I paid $50 each for, and I was told I could be offered $10 per credit ($90).

I never received any notices, either via email or regular mail, and this constitutes a breach of services.

If anyone moves forward with a class action lawsuit, sign me up.

Shoedazzle has realy went down from…

Shoedazzle has realy went down from when I first subscribed and the shoe credit that you use to get if they charged each month is now rediculious and comes with other hidden or surprise charges I cancled my subscription but some how they still managed to charge me again after so many months the show quality is not worth it I went ahaed and order what I hope to be my last pair of shoes going to screen shot my cancellation this time so if the charge me again then I know it is fishy susiness.

SCAMMERS

I’ve been a long time customer of ShoeDazzle, over 10 years and have placed numerous orders with them. I had a few credits and today I went to use one only to find out they were no longer available because they now expire after 12 months…I don’t understand how money that’s taken from my bank account is only available for me to use for 12 months as if it isn’t my own money! I feel like I’ve been stolen from and the agents I spoke with could care less to resolve the problem, their response was basically “oh well”…they’d rather lose long standing business instead. They offered $10 for the $150 they took from my bank account and nothing’s right about that…I checked my email and never received any email stating my credits were expiring as the agent told me and after seeing many others have this happen to them as well, I am now in the process of starting a class action suit! I will not just let this go

Challenging time with getting…

I had a challenging time with getting entering size preferences in the 2 for 1 because it does not narrow down for the clothes just shoes. Bonus points were taken, and I got no discount, 4500 points ($15 off an order). I would like it modified either by the next discount level down or return of my points.

Did not give me time

Such Ease enjoyment to shop.

I am ALWAYS so impressed with the absolute ease of ordering.
The selections are devineas well!
That would have to be my only complaint, if you could call it that, is there are TOO MANY shoes to choose from.
The filters are helpful tools and easy to use as well, and I encourage everyone to use nearly any keyword to find what you're looking for.
