Credits expired. Was told tough luck

I had 2 credits I paid for. Apparently they expire. I checked my account to finally use them and saw they were gone. The customer service agent basically said tough luck. I cancelled my VIP that I've had for 5 years. I have no desire to give money to a company who, how I see it, will steal from customers. Paid credit should NEVER expire. Period.

Shoedazzle is amazing

Shoedazzle is amazing. I have been with them since 2018 and love the fashions, and quality. I also like the customer service offered they're very helpful and friendly, easy to reach. Overall a wonderful company that I will continue to refer too my friends and family.

Best Shoes Site!!

I've never had any problems with this site. This is my favorite site to shop for shoes at next to Just Fab! I LOVE both of those sites for shoes at reasonable prices!!

Didn't like the shipping

Didn't like the shipping. Fee It should have been a free for first time, especially for one item. I don't think I'm going to use it no more.
