I usually love Shoe Dazzle. I've been a customer from the start. Today, I used a coupon code and it said it was successfully applied, however, my total amount did not change. That is not good service.

I’ve yet to hear back from ShoeDazzle regarding this theft.
Update: 12/13/24 - ShoeDazzle has corrected the issue. The problem was with their shipping partner who’s driver was not careful in his/her delivery. I’ve been in communication with ShaeDazzle’s representative who’s been accommodating and reshipped my order, free of charge. Therefore, I’ve changed my rating and review. The quality of boots I received is good and I only removed 1 star because of the experience I had.
Response 11/22/24 - I don’t see where to respond to ShoeDazzle’s comment so updating my post.

The purchase process was easy and the first time buyer discount was good, but I didn’t want to pay $14 for express shipping so I did the standard ground shipping. I’m not sure if that’s what made a difference, but the delivery driver delivered my package to the wrong house. I went to check with this “neighbor” who claimed they didn’t see the package, though I have the picture of it being delivered to their house. So now my package was just stolen at this point all because the delivery person delivered it to the wrong house! IF Shoedazzle replaces the order, I may change my review, but until then, I’m not satisfied with them. The shipping company they use has represented them negatively affecting my experience with Shoedazzle.

USE CREDITS RIGHT AWAY
Forgot about credits I had, they apparently expire, then when I asked for either a refund or just to use the credits right away, they refused. So they basically took $80 from me. Free money for them. Glad they like ripping people off. Also their shoes aren’t even good quality anyways, so I just canceled my subscription and will never buy shoes from them again, nothing special about them.

My credit expired and there was not any notifications sent. Also when it was expired I was charged before the date I was supposed to be charged. I will be canceling after I spend all my credits.

UPDATE!!!!! I forgot to mention I was originally a customer since 2006- 2015 and reopened my account in 2018. I’ve introduced many of my friends and family to Shoe Dazzle. Due to the issue I experienced below I canceled my membership especially since it wasn’t in the best interest for Shoe Dazzle to honor me as a VIP member!!BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! I have been a member since 2018 and have spent at least $1000 with this company. On this day the courier delivered my shoes to the incorrect address and all Shoe Dazzle was willing to give me was a refund and a credit of $10.
First of all the delivery was supposed to be on Sunday, today is Saturday. I asked for a refund and for them to deliver the shoes again free of charge. Keep in mind these shoes were on sale for $15.
That doesn’t seem like a hard thing to do since I’m a VIP customer. Nope they’d rather lose my business. I canceled my account. I will definitely be sharing this with others along with my family and friends that I brought onto this site.

I have ordered shoes & boots from this company for actually years. I have never been disappointed. I do size up for a better fit specifically with boots.
