I found them brillant

I have always found Shoes International an exceptional company to deal with. My last purchase arrived very quickly and well packed and although the shoes were way too small for me (my fault for getting continental sizing wrong) - Shoes International refunded my order within two days of me posting them back. Together with correspondence keeping me informed of the tracking process. The staff at Shoes International are always very friendly and helpful and it is always a pleasure to deal with them.

Arrived ahead of time goods as ordered no problems

I must tell you a story! 8 and a half years ago I got a pair of Dr Marten 14 hole, twin zip, vintage red leather boots. From camden, £70, and they were my first boots I bought when I moved to London. I have worn them nearly every day since June 2005, they've been to deserts, festivals, cities, spain, america, ireland, EVERYWHERE :) I love them sooooooo much.

Last week I wondered why my feet were wet, noticed a crack in the sole (Soul?), and when I bent it, you can actually see inside the boot! :( I did actually cry quite a bit.

The DM store website had my boots for £140 (unaffordable, due to me being out of work a year ago my finances are very tight as I try and recover with my new job) then they sold out. I've been watching all the usual places sell out of this boot, or watch the prices go way high. I thought the last size 5's were on ebay at £110. After a very blue weekend I sat in front of google for over an hour. Your site was on perhaps the 30th or 40th search page!

£65 in the sale! The exact boot! My red! UK based! (cos i'm a little ocd about ordering from home, not abroad) I honestly thought I'd never see these again.

I cried again when they arrived this morning, in mint condition, perfect, beautifully packaged, smelling of heaven, with a lovely note from a lady called Lisa. Please give her a mighty hug from me.

I am SO happy. Your service ticks every box there is. I will be recommending you to everyone and will be keeping an eye on your site for when I have some money again for maybe a different new shoe!

I ordered some boots after mine were lost, Shoes International were getting some in stock so I ordered them. I was kept informed how my order was progressing and when the boots were delivered there was a hand written message on a compliment slip inside saying that they hoped everything was okay.
I actually phoned them to thank them for the personal service, it was very much appreciated.

Contacted customer service as boots hadn't been despatched. They contacted manufacturer as order was coming from them. Manufacturer said there was a delay of about 1 week as the batch of boots i ordered hadn't been made yet. Customer service offered me a refund if i didn't want to wait for order but i decided to wait and they kept me up to date with order. The order was despatched on time.

Was expecting plain black shoes, but those delivered were shiny and moc croc. I did contact Shoes International who refunded £5.00 Could have returned but too much hassle. Not buying shoes on line again.

My daughter wanted the black patent doc martin lyric flatform style shoes for school, but we couldn't find them in the shops in a size 5. We stumbled upon shoes international while searching online where they had them in stock for £10.00 less than everywhere else.

The shoes are great, they were delivered quickly and well packaged! Fantastic service and product.

Thank you for your excellent service. I had to return the shoes as they were slightly too small. Our fault not yours. Had them returned and redelivered in under 10 days from start to finish.

I found this company easy to deal with. I ordered the bag I had been looking for,and it didn't take long to arrive ,even though it had to travel half way around the world. It was so well packaged that it took me a while to unpack it,and I found it in perfect condition,very happy.

As someone who really likes Waldlaufer shoes, it was great to see that they were available from your website. You saved me a trip to Germany to replenish my shoe wardrobe!!! Added to this was your very efficient and friendly service and attention to detail.

Whilst my particular selection of sandals were out of stock, I was given the choice of cancelling my order or waiting. When my order was delivered, I even had a personally written compliment slip thanking me for being patient with my delayed order and hoping that I would be pleased with the enclosed sandals. Couldn't ask for a better service!

Was disappointed that the shoes I wanted not in stock. But given option of cancelling order or waiting. Got an update when shoes finally in (2 months later) and then sent and arrived slightly earlier than expected. Service excellent.

The only thing I would say is that I lost a lot on the currency exchange rate over that time and it would have been great to match the price I originally had paid- it showed Aust rate for the pounds. Could have got the shoes cheaper elsewhere over this period.

The doc martens i wanted were not in stock, which i was informed of straight away. I was told they would be with me in 5-7 days, and 5 days later they arrived promptly and well packaged. Not only is the customer service excellent but so is the price point. The shoes i bought were not in a sale but i saved £18 compared to high street prices! This site is the one i will search first for new shoes.
