I found them very good. Had delay on shoes they informed me all the way, and damn it! my Dr Martins were too tight and had to return. They refunded straight away. YES good eggs al round!

I was ordering on behalf of my 87 year old Aunt. Unfortunately the first pair we ordered were just a little bit tight. Immediately they were returned and received I had an email to let me know this. The second pair we ordered were despatched immediately and they fitted perfectly. I cannot fault the service and updates I received with regards to my order from beginning to end.I now have one very happy Aunt. Thank you very much for the excellent service. My order was delayed but Shoes International kept me fully informed. My order arrived well packaged. Couldn't ask for a better service.

My order was out of stock but the company kept me informed at all stages and with the option to terninate my order at any time. Once they had the shoes, they dispatched them quickly and they were well worth the wait.

Bought the boots I wanted from Shoes International. Delivered quickly, well wrapped and cheaper from the brand website directly!

Unfortunately, they were too tight on the legs and because I couldn't guarantee they'd stretch I sent them back which cost me £11 special delivery. My refund was dealt with immediately.

My only constructive feedback would be please state the dimension of the footwear it might prevent a few returns. I would buy from Shoes International again but I think I would ask for the dimensions before placing an order.

Ordered boots, faabulous fast service unfortunately boots didn't fit, phoned for info and advice.received said info /advice returned boots refunded quickly. Would recommend for sure

I had a few queries on a pair of boots and really wanted to make sure they were going to be a good fit and meet my expectations. I got a very quick response on all queries and found the overall service and delivery of 'Shoes International' to be excellent. Also, by far the cheapest on the boots I ordered and I really shopped around.

I ordered some Mephisto sandals from Shoes International there website said they were in stock but an email informed me that they had to be ordered in. I was given the chance to cancel but decided to stay with them as the price quoted was the best I had found. They kept you informed all the way through and although was told it would probably be October before they arrived they came early September which was a bonus.
I would certainly order from them again.

Shoes fit my son well who has extra wide feet. He says they're comfortable and they seem to be surviving being worn every day to school.

Having trawled the internet for weeks looking for a particular brand of boots, I was delighted to find this website. Ordering was easy and my order was received within a couple of days. Will definitely use this site again.
