Customer service is fantastic. Pants fit well, have been wearing for over a year almost everyday and still look and feel great. Well worth it - the stretchy material is great!

Super comfortable and stylish pants. I love them and wear a pair of 32" Momentum long pants every single day. I recently had an issue with two seams which suddenly came undone after a period of heavy wear. I took a picture and sent it to customer service. I still can't believe it, but the pants were replaced without any hassle. What an extremely accommodating customer service. I highly recommend the products and service from Bottoms Lab.

The chinos are not hard wearing
The chinos are not hard wearing. I’ve bought 4 pairs of chinos (not cheap) and got only a handful of times worn before they tear. I’ve reached out to them but with no success. Would rather wear a cheap pair from PrimRk which would last longer and is cheaper on the wallet to replace. Rather disappointing too be honest
