My order arrived today and everything was beautiful but it was also 2 sizes too small. Very disappointed. Now to decided whether to keep and work at fitting into or returning.

I had a final sale paid of earrings arrive damaged and within an hour of me emailing, we had a resolution and a refund in processing! The customer service was excellent!

Impressions Online Boutique is an amazing site with great looking clothing. I'm 68 and absolutely love the site, the customer service and the great selection of clothes for "everyone". This is my go to site. My closet is 75% clothing from Impressions Online Boutique.

That’s it! It’s settled. I’m never shopping anywhere else for clothes again. To heck with pink lily. lol. I took a chance ordering from here when I had never even heard of it. I was nervous, but I’m sooo glad that I took that risk. I love that on shopimpressions site they have the option to “buy the whole outfit” .. so you don’t have to search forever looking for each piece. I ordered a dress, a purse, a hat, and necklace for Easter and everything came within days. I reached out to customer service, because the purse didn’t come with the other items. & guys!!! They shipped the hat, and the purse in a separate box so it didn’t get roughed up. I am so freaking excited that I not only found a place that has the most beautiful/affordable clothes, but also that takes care in shipping their items. I am so in love with everything that I received. The dress is absolutely gorgeous, and true to size. The hat is the perfect size/fit. The necklaces don’t look, or feel cheap at all. So pretty, and shiny. & the purse is great quality. The chain is thick, and it seems like it will last. Everything looks identical to the photo. I was sad that I couldn’t review my items on their actual page, but If you’re on the fence reading this like I did trying to see if they’re legit. They are!!! Don’t skip out on this site!

I placed my first order with Impressions and received my purchases quickly. I did need to exchange an item, so I emailed customer service and Elena responded immediately. Their customer service is superb plus they have good quality products. Customer Service goes a long way with me so I will forever be a loyal customer.

Even though I could be the mother of their models, I love some of their clothing. You are never too old to look good! Nice quality and SUPERB customer service!!

Absolutely wonderful company to deal with. Mail lost my product they followed up about three times a day and got to the bottom of the situation and sent me my new sandals . I will order from them again and again. Best company I’ve ever dealt with ever !

This was my first time ordering from impressions, everything fit true to size and I loved it all! I had a small order mishap, and Elena fixed the problem immediately and was so quick to help me. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

This was my 1st time ordering from this site. My my boho flannel plad shirt looks exactly like the picture. It has a lot of detail and is high quality. It's super comfortable and super warm. I'd love the design. I will continue to order from this company as I love all of their boho outfits..

I have been shopping here for many years now - I just love their cute, trendy inventory! Over the years I’ve had to contact their customer service for a refund/store credit a couple of times but they have been amazing every time I ever needed assistance with an order. Today was no exception. Dana responded to my initial inquiry within minutes and she was able to offer a solution immediately. She was fabulous (as they’ve always been!)

5 stars! It is hard to find trendy clothing for plus size gals, but Impressions Boutique has it on point! Their sizing is so accurate! No frumpy ugly plus size clothes to be found here. Everything they have is so cute! Thank y’all so much for making easy for a thick girl to find the cutest clothes without having to settle for something just because it is all they have in my size!

This is one of the most amazing companies I’ve ever dealt with. Their clothes are absolutely gorgeous and I’ve never received anything I didn’t love and get tons of compliments on. Recently I did an order which the post office misplaced and was not helpful at all in recovering. I messaged Impressions and without hesitation the immediately replaced the items that were not sold out and gave me store credit for the rest which was amazing!!! They are such wonderful people and a business I plan to continue to support for years!!! If you haven’t ordered from them you should because you won’t be sorry!!!! ❤️❤️

You never know with online boutiques -- especially when it's your first order -- but Impressions wowed me! I ordered some sparkly silver hoops, which are exactly as described on the site! The full name is Red Carpet Runway Hoops, and I love them! Can't wait to wear them out!!!!

I ordered the “Style Code Baby Doll Dress” and it shrunk when I washed it on the cold water cycle. However, Impressions Online Boutique had great customer service and responded to my email regarding my concern promptly. They gave me store credit as well as washing directions for the dress. Would definitely recommend!

Horrible product and experience. I ordered a beautiful blouse "The Paparazzi Top in Champagne" for $46 as a Christmas gift. I was so embarrassed when my gift was opened and displayed. It looked like a child sown it together. The bottom was crooked, one side longer than the other and straps were uneven, not unwearable. Since the item was bought more than 30 days from date of requested return, I can not return it.
