I was in a situation where my package was stolen and after lots of back and forth with USPS Impressions went above and beyond and did what they could to make the situation right. I can’t tell you how much it meant seeing as the package stolen was actually my birthday present. I can’t recommend them enough!

This boutique is absolutely amazing! I finally found a dress for our upcoming family pictures and I have been looking everywhere for one. Impressions had a wonderful selection and they carry sizes XS - 3XL, including cute shoes and accessories! I ordered my dress and after ordering I wanted to upgrade my shipping to be able to arrive to me a little faster. I emailed the company and they responded so fast to my inquiry (thanks Dana!). They were able to help me upgrade my shipping and it was shipped out the same day and it arrived only 2 days later! I got the dress and I am so impressed - the quality, style and fit are exceptional! I cannot wait to order from them again - So glad I found them!

Don't buy from them. Completely aware that Fed ex is not a good company to use to ship. When you complain about not receiving your order they acknowledge Fed ex sucks. Tell you the owner knows. Then hang up.

Customer Service is top notch! My husband likes to order clothes for me, which is so sweet, but sometimes his sizing is off so I’ve had to make a few returns. They are so quick to respond and make returns so easy! We will continue to order from them!!

This is my favorite online boutique ever!! The clothes are fabulous, great quality and fit. Shipping time is awesome! I typically receive my items in 4 days from ordering! Customer service is the best! I’ve only had to return a couple of items and my returns were easy and fast. Highly recommend them! You won’t be disappointed!

CRAZY FAST SHIPPING! I had a girls trip to Nashville planned and was looking for a few new, cute pieces. I thought it was unlikely that I would get them in time, but I was wrong! The shipping speed was insane. The items were great quality and the handful that I needed to return was simple and easy.

Excellent customer service. They are super quick to respond… many times within minutes when I have had questions. Boutique quality clothes. Shipping is usually done same day that I order. They make returning an item easy and painless. I love Impressions!

Cute stuff, and the turnaround time was good. However, VERY pricey for the quality of the items. 1 of 3 items that I bought was a completely see through dress. Like I can see through the front AND back of the dress while holding it up. The other two were very thin quality shirts.. Very POOR quality

Not bad but not amazing quality clothing. Some where in between. I got a pair of denim shorts a year ago and they have still held up. However be wary of their tanks, as the one I have has fallen apart and that is with never putting them in the dryer. Some of the stuff looks better in the photos than when I got it. Over all I would recommend doing business with them again. I just think I will avoid the lace items and tanks. Stick to denim and their blouses and dresses and you won’t go wrong.

Amazing customer service!!! Ordered, then realized I ordered the wrong thing. I emailed and asked if they could cancel before shipped, it was done right away. Hard to find that kind of customer service these days.

This company is AWESOME!! I have placed so many order with Impressions. I have NO complaints. Their turnaround time is the BEST! The customer service is the best I've seen in a long time. I used to love going to the mall/boutiques shopping every chance I had but now I have no desire to. They have top quality clothing! If I receive something that I just don't care for or doesn't fit me well then NO PROBLEM easy returns/refunds in a matter of a few days.
