very bad, they always ask to resubmit the photo ......what a waste of time

When it works and they credit you, it’s great; however too many submissions get rejected for various reasons. When you try to resubmit or provide additional information, they find another reason to reject paying the rebate.

Difficult to find savings that you're interested in. Problem is, there is no "search" for products. You must scroll down whole list of categories. NOT many products that I use. ALSO, you must open each product offered to see how many you must purchase (which often is 2 to 3) and which stores the savings is available in. ALSO, You have to scan product barcode in addition to scanning receipt to qualify purchase, so dont throw away boxes or packaged before doing that! Complicated and time consuming. Ibotta app is much better.

SHOPMIUM enables you to try products that you may have previously overlooked at reduced price, via cashback. They even treat you to a free chocolate product when you join, what could be better than that. Thank you for the Maltesers.

I enjoy using the app and the app and the weekly new offers. Thanks to Shopmium I was able to obtain many freebies for myself as well as for my cat. Some products perhaps were not freebies but heavily discounted which was absolutely worth it. Very often I can also combine in store promo offers or offers on a store magazine vouchers with the Shopmium cashback. Couldn’t be happier. I have been using Shopmium for two years and I claimed my two birthday freebies too. The payment is approved swiftly and quickly paid into my bank account. Very happy with the app in UK. Whenever I had a problem it was very quickly resolved. New offers appear weekly and sometimes even in the middle of the week. It is easy to check if a product is eligible for a promotion by scanning the barcode, thus ensuring that I am purchasing the right product. Simply brilliant.

Shopmium used to be a great little app but I stopped using it for awhile due to reducing purchases. I tried using it again recently and it immediately became a hassle. I'd bought one offer item in an online order. I'd uploaded my receipt as normal and a day later got an email back saying the request was invalid as the offer was in-store only. I rechecked the badge on the offer and the product description and it very clearly stated that it was available online and in-store at the specific retailer I'd bought it from. Going through the menus to try and flag the issue was far too long a process. When I did get to being on the Customer Service message screen it cut me off as I was still typing the problem. Plus it wanted all the receipt and purchase information I'd already provided and they'd rejected. For the amount of money (50p) it was a huge waste of my time and effort to resolve. App deleted instantly.

I submitted a rebate for $2 for Finish dishwasher pods and I received a text that it was approved 11 days ago but I have not received the $2 to my PayPal or Venmo account. I continue to get text asking if I want to redeem this offer if I try to resubmit it say, "Your receipt looks good! Payment should be on its way shortly. We will notify you via text with any updates." I have submitted 2 inquiries via e-mail and have not received a response. Very disappointing.

I submitted a rebate for Vaseline. It did not take my original receipt. I had to resubmit a picture of it multiple times with everything clearly visible and it still wasn't excepting it. It ultimately denied my request so because of that I didn't get to redeem that rebate, I made a new purchase, have a new receipt or Vaseline as well. Try to submit it, and it said I've reached the limit that I can claim for Vaseline, which is ultimately none because I didn't get to clean it the first time since my receipt was denied I've tried to do a chat to no success. I have also tried to send an email from seeing the email in previous comments and it said that I cannot send an email to the address they are not allowed to respond.

Having to submit the same receipts over and over seems to be a stall tactic to expire the offer. If initially you submit a receipt, in addition to scanning the actual product, why would you need to wait days just to repeat the process and give additional front/back photos? It’s excessive and brands should just stick ti honoring manufacture coupons. This ‘middle man’ is problematic.

I took a photo of my receipt to claim for 5 items. They said receipt not valid, i do not understand as only one receipt sent to me which is valid. Used the same store to claim for other items. I not happy with the service. Also tried to claim for an item which they stated had ended but showing still two days left. Email messages sent but no reply!

why isn't my cash back going to my paypal account? I have been submitted receipts and scanning items purchase and I still don't see cash on my paypal acct.

I recently submitted a receipt for a rebate on Nature Valley Savory bars. My store had them on sale, 2/$2.50. There was a STORE coupon that I clipped to save .50. My rebate was denied because they insist that I used a MFG coupon on purchase. I tried to explain (multiple times) that my store uses E cpn to get a sale price. I did NOT use a MFG coupon. I have done this multiple times in the past and have never had an issue up until now.

Great Idea. but purposefully misleading.
For example, it says in font-size: 43px; bright pink colour. "£0.50*"
Then below it, in gray at 10px; "OFF " with a crossed out "£3.50*". This is factual, based on their website. App is the same.

So basically, you are drawn to thinking its £0.50. But in tiny writing it is infact £3.00.

App is slow to use too, as you have to click through things to see the misleading prices. Then go back and try the next item.

They used to be really good. Now that they switched over from coupons.com, they're terrible and you never get your $$ back. So sad :(

I bought a £30 "Halloween projector" and all that came was a well a BIN bag that was white DO NOT shop here at all it's a SCAM.

Easy to use the app. Money back fast.

I bought a 2 in 1 vacuum cleaner and the article does not do what the advertisement showed that it does .it's completely a scam and useless item. I cannot get a cashback because I can't download the app. But even if I can download it I could not get back my money because there was no receipt in the box

I really would like to use SHOPMIUM. BUTthe app requires the addition of my PAYPAL password. I have never supplied my password to any app or any person sending money to me via PAYPAL. are others comfortable providing PAYPAL PASSWORD?.

The customer service is awful. I purchased 3 qualifying products on Shopmium mid July. They informed me that all he info wasn't readable and ask if I would resubmit my receipt, which I did. After submitting receipt and 15 different chats with customer service they assured me they will handle it. Still nothing...just a waste of my time. My prediction is it will expire out of the system and remain in the pending category indefinitely. I have no faith of a resolution. Do not use this app....it's useless.

I'm so over Shopmium. They find ANY EXCUSE NOT to Pay you out. I'm just going to use ibotta from now on. They actually credit you.
