This app is a joke I have submitted online order receipts with all of the information they ask for and they continue to message stating to send pictures so after I resend the pictures with all of the information on them they eventually deny me Cashback stating I didn't provide them the correct information.

As good as it gets and I've never had a problem.

Just one remark. This is an app, categories are free. Why is there an "other" category? Why don't you just include a tab for each supermarket, like Coop? Every time I go to Coop, or Lidl, or Aldi, I have to scroll through offers that won't apply to me.

It was easy to download app and collect the free sign up gift to buy and get credit for. You do have to scan the barcode and photograph your store receipt and attach it to your redemption request. Took a couple of minutes. I received payment to my Linked PayPal account within a couple of hours same day submitted. I am very satisfied and will continue to use. You do have to watch the expiration dates of the offers. I went to submit a purchase of Almond Milk Original that was on there and it was expired. There was a new one for Almond Milk I scanned the bar code but it wouldn't accept because the new coupon was for Almond Milk Vanilla. So, there are a couple of things with exact type as well as watching the coupon expiration date. They do send you notifications and emails reminders that the coupon is about to expire. Would like more coupons options. That is helpful when busy. Look through the tutorial and there is support email too.

Don't waste your time.
You're sent copious emails coaxing you to their 'great offers'... Except -
1) They're often not in the store you shop in (you know where I shop, why are you wasting my time!? Why can't I permanently limit it to certain stores only? - I have to filter the offers to a store every single time - and emails pay no attention to this preference),
2) If they are for the store you shop in, you waste ages looking for the damn product (and the staff have usually never heard of it because it's new) because it's actually not in store yet,
3) If it is in store, you then have to scan it to check it's the right one, remember to print a receipt, photograph the receipt, scan the product again and wait for your cashback... a whole 50p off a £3 product you wouldn't have bought... Whoop de do

And if you find the cashback is refused because the barcode doesn't tally, their customer service 'chat' IS RUBBISH. They take DAYS to respond, and it's not a chat at all, they just say something useless like
"oh, there's no such offer right now, hope that satisfies your query"... and end the 'chat'!!!?
So you start a new customer service query saying
'Well no, there isn't that offer on NOW, because you've taken days to reply - but here's the VIDEO I took at the time showing the app and the product... that I've already uploaded as evidence...' to which they AGAIN take days replying and respond again with a
"oh, actually by the time you did that, the offer had already expired, hope that explains it *close chat*"
So now, FUMING, you open a 3rd customer service chat, reminding them to LOOK AT THE VIDEO EVIDENCE you have already uploaded, which shows, clearly, that the app still showed the offer had 1 day to run on it. And then you don't hold your breath for a useful reply because they're so incompetent, and the whole thing is just a monumental waste of time you hope they go bankrupt soon.

TL:DR - if you enjoy a wild goose chase around a supermarket for products that don't yet exist, and you wouldn't buy, for potentially 20-50p off, after having wasted your life photographing, scanning and uploading receipts - this is the app for you!!

been using this app for years,a great way to try new things,or just get what you actually like, new items every week,fast payout,only ever had 1 item not done first time on the app messaged them sorted next day,highly recomended

Shopmium has been Excellent. I have received a nice little bit of Cashback and Credits. It all helps these days.

I love this app. It's only downfall is it doesn't have enough alternative choices like dairy gluten free

I have used Shopmium for over 2 years, no problems at all. Buy, scan receipt & item & submit, money goes in your bank within a couple of day. Well worth using, saves money & some things you can try for free!!

It’s a good site to use good discounts and offers just remember to read the small print 😁

The company is upfront about its offers and always honours them as promised

A really great app! A great way to try out new products. My cats are happy as they have treats also! Would defo recommend trying it. We all need a helping hand in these times!!

Been using this site for along time

It’s a good way to try products that are discounted. Sometimes you are lucky and get things on offer that you really like. It’s a win, win situation. Payment is swift and it is credited back to your selected account. When you get to gold level, you get free gift on your birthday. What’s not to like. Thanks.

I love this app you get to try products you probably wouldn't, I have the money paid into an account I don't use and save it for Xmas!
My only gripe the supermarket doesn't always stock some of the items on the app.

A good app to start with, but I shop with Ocado and products for that supermarket very rarely appear now.

I check and use Shopmium quite often and the range of products and prices are generally quite interesting/attractive and it gives me the opportunity to try new tastes and recipes without having to pay the full regular price.

Love Shopmium as a family it saves us so much money and let us try little treats that we may normally wouldn’t buy.

I’ve been using Shopmium for over a year now and I truly enjoy it. I love when they have offers for free products and they are quite frequent. It gives me an opportunity to try a product that otherwise I wouldn’t buy.

Love the variety of items available on the app, they are also readily available from various supermarkets both in-store and online. Easy to submit cashback - just take photo of receipt and scan barcode of item! Cashback is paid really quickly too! Great app to have for trying new items at a discount as well as getting your daily goods at a reduced price, sometimes even for free!
