To be honest your customer service is bloody awful, I have sent emails I have commented on your Instagram and NOTHING FROM ANYONE! However I do love the app, it's amazing! I have made such a good amount of cashback and it's on all the products that I used.

It's your service that lets you down!

Been using shopmium for a while now and not had any problems, great app and like the added incentives of birthday or anniversary gifts.

Love using Shopmium, gives you a chance to try new things at a reduced price, or sometimes free.
I don't usually have to wait too long to get paid either, what's not to like!

It’s ok but I can very often not get the items I’m looking for or the items my shop sell and are the only items of that they have do not qualify. When I do get items it’s very quick and easy to request my refund. Just so sad I can’t get the items i would like to try and nit sold

This app gives me the opportunity to try new items cheaper and that encourages me to try different things.

A great app for trying new products. You purchase first, scan the barcode and send a copy of your receipt for discounts and in some cases free products of the month. I have rated 4 stars as it can be difficult to find the products for that month and most offers apply to the big chain supermarkets like Asda, Sainsbury, Tesco, Co op and Waitrose

Great app for saving Money in this cost of living crisis.
Just a pity not all stores stock the items that are on offer, but I suppose you can’t have everything.

Shopmium has a great cashback service where you buy products that they list on their app, scan the barcode, upload the receipt and usually receive the cashback (cashback offered is dependent on the offer) within a few days.

A barcode checker is provided with each item in the app to ensure that you buy the correct item during your shop.

The app is straightforward, with categories of each supermarket, and a list of offers for products which they provide cashback redemptions. Clicking on the product displays the level of cashback which they would provide to you. If you see a great cashback offer, and sometimes they offer freebies, you simply go to the supermarket, scan the barcode to check if it's the correct item, purchase it, then when you redeem the offer simply scan the barcode of the product and upload a photo of your receipt. There is a menu option to check the status of your redemption and Shopmium usually pay out to your bank or PayPal within a few working days.

Shopmium also includes a referral system for free £3 credit to you and a freebie for your referral, and for the dedicated users they offer a Gold membership. Gold membership offers unique offers and freebies, but they are not regularly offered, and most of the time they have short deadlines (the recent Maggi mix freebie was only available for a day, after which it reverted to a "buy x amount get increased discount" offer). To get into the Gold membership you need ten offer redemptions, and to stay in Gold you need to redeem an offer every 30 days. With the amount of great offers available on Shopmium this is easier than it looks.

The reason for four stars is because offers are usually for niche products, some of which in my experience I have not been able to find in major supermarkets like Asda. If they had more common products they would easily get the deserved five stars from me. Their system is far better than the likes of Greenjinn and Checkoutsmart.

If you have a Sainsbury's or Tesco near to you, this is a must-use app, there are a wealth of offers on the app for you. If you have a Morrisons or Asda near to you, this app is a great benefit but you wouldn't get as much benefit compared to the Sainsbury's and Tesco shoppers.

Love this app, it makes shopping fun to try new things and also get money back on regular items. Bonus gift for birthdays gives that extra bit of special attention as a gold member. Have introduced many friends to this app and they enjoy saving money and trying items to. Money is usually returned within a few days.

Good opportunity to try new products at a low price. Money paid promptly.

Usually very easy to use but this week I was told about an offer and when I was in the shop to purchase it,it had disappeared from the app!

A great app, lots of different offers - something to suit everyone. It is great being able to try products that I wouldn’t have if I had to pay full price. The money is in the bank really quickly, no having to wait until a set amount has been achieved.
