The quality of the blankets I've ordered (4 so far) has been excellent - the pillows not so much. Trying to return them was a disaster. I'll stick to purchasing only blankets going forward.

I ordered a lamp as a christmas present, but its really small, very cheap looking, and the battery connections do not work. Ive asked 5 times for a returns label, and had nothing back other than an email saying something like 'how can we help'. Well a returns label would be useful. Im bombarded by their emails and not happy with their service!

Pretty good but sent me an item I did not order
The merchandise I ordered were as expected and quite nice. However, I ordered a bedspread but was sent a bedspread that I DID not order. There was a note enclosed stating that the company hoped that I liked it. I do not. Now I have yo go through the hassle of calling customer service, hopefully getting instructions on what to do with it, a taking it to some delivery service. Also, there was no packing list so I will have to hope that the person I speak with can find the appropriate item number and thus I can get a refund for something that I did not order and do not want.
All of this could have been avoided if someone could have either telephoned me to affirm my approval for the replacement - or better, refund the cost of the item and send me the items I DID order. And re the date of this experience, there is no option for “shortly after I received it but I don’t remember the exact date”.

BUT.. The mystery items. That's not even close to be worth it. Yes I know I shouldn't expect anything, but I did, only because of the quality of the other product I have bought.

The order was delayed because of popularity for a short time but I was notified and kept informed. When they arrived the figures were well packed and absolutely beautiful. I've had many positive comments on them. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Was quite skeptical after I had lodged my order. I was getting worried that it was a scam website, as I hadn’t heard anything about my order for a couple of weeks, but that was defintely not the case. With great communication via email, the procedure was explained to me and it was all good and received my purchase not too long after that. And I just love what I purchased!!! The product i ordered took a long time to arrive. 1 of it was faulty, i tried sending 3-4 videos but they couldn’t view it, yahoo mail wouldn’t let me attached video more than 25MB, but even a 20 secs of video still they couldn’t view it, and Angelo said, unless they will receive and see a video of the product they won’t be able to proceed with the replacement which is very disappointing. I asked if the company have whatsapp and i can send the video through there but was just ignored. They gave me a freebie hanger that was rubbish, very poor quality. Will never order again from this company.
