My first experience was not a happy one because the wait took too long. Didn't know where it was coming from. But, when it did arrive, I was very happy. My second experience, I knew the expectations and it brought me pure joy with my merchandise. I will buy again.

Top notch customer service
I placed an order as a gift. The post office noted that they delivered the item, but it was nowhere to be found. I contacted Moderny customer service and Monica S. answered my email. She was so nice and so helpful. She kept me informed about everything going on with my order through the whole process. In the end, we never found the package, but Monica sent out a whole new order and the gift was received this time! Excellent customer service and I will be ordering from them again!

My children laughed at the quality of…
My children laughed at the quality of the lamp that was a stack of books. Cheap lamp with what looked like a kid coloring with crayons. I’m sure if I request a refund I’ll have to mail it back to China which will make it cost prohibitive. Every few years I have to remind myself to never buy anything shown on Facebook and a huge red flag is PayPal vs credit card.
