Customer Service nonexistent.

I ordered the Graffiti Elephant and was charged on 12/4/24. I wanted to track my purchase but when I put my email in to sign into my account there was a totally different name associated with my email. When I went to check my orders it said there were none. No phone number was provided for me to call. But supposedly 24/7 customer service. I emailed three times so far with no response. This is unacceptable.

Chinese Based not USA

They give the impression that they are shipping USPS in the United States but they are actually shipping from China using Yun Express. Items take far too long to arrive if at all.

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. Wrong cushion covers sent, material awful, and silence from “customer services”. Avoid ordering anything - think I’ve been scammed!

And they reply to this review with a fake apology. All I want is a refund - it seems like they insist you keep this awful product - they’ll even send you more if this awful product … but no refund. I wish I’d never ordered such a dreadful product. Seriously awful company to deal with - AVOID!

Avoid

Avoid. This company just sells products from china and pretend it is high quality. I found the exact same blanket on Temu that I had bought from moderny a few months ago. Very disappointing. On Temu it was listed for a fraction of the price I paid.

Slow delivery & Expensive

Ordered a couple of useful looking space saving gadgets. Took forever to get here (11 days) and very similar products since found elsewhere much cheaper, and I dare say quicker. My own fault really but check alternatives before buying and don't order if in any hurry. Oh, and the Trouser space saving hanger takes up almost as much room when it's loaded vertically as it would do horizontally with normal hangers. Space saving of about 2cm.

These people are the WORST!

These people are the WORST!

I ordered a product from them. It never arrived. I reached out to customer support. They made up a story saying I had signed for this package. I asked for proof. They did not give any. No refund. No reshipment of product. I’m just SOL. Incredibly frustrating. Not a trustworthy vendor. Incredibly poor customer service.

Scam site???

The pillows I ordered weren’t the right colour. Said they weren’t responsible for colour differences due to computer screen. So they weren’t returnable.,,a computer response. I didn’t even take them out of the bag.So I have to suck up the charges while they keep my money…sweet deal for them. I have never had an issue returning an item on a website before.
I would definitely not recommend this site!

Moderny is a scam

Moderny is a scam. They take product ideas from other vendors, make them in China, then use an unreliable international carrier to have them delivered. Then they use AI customer service (Angelo T.) that runs you ragged. And of course, they don't have a customer service number.

Stay away from them.

Edit: They have now responded below with AI without realizing that my main complaint is their customer service response with AI.

Moderny uses an international carrier from China. You would be wildly lucky to actually receive the items you've ordered.
