Great value -Shoreline OBX Ha-Sea-Enda
The rental agency was wonderful to deal with and we thought the house was a reasonable value with its ameneties, location and space. We only wished the kitchen drawers and cabinets were a little more taken care of with some updated ware. We loved the variety of things to do though between the beach, pool, wonderful hot tub, basketball, volleyball, game room and just hanging out. Also, it lent itself nicely to catching the sunrise or sunset, going on walks, going shopping or going on excursions nearby!

Home needs some TLC
Home needs some TLC. The pools pump was not working for the majority of the week. Very limited outdoor seating. The gas grill had no gas so we had to purchase it.
We loved the beach gear that was included in the rental of the home.

One small suggestion, email entry codes please :)
Everyone was absolutely wonderful to deal with so I have no complaints there! One suggestion to make things just a bit more convenient. I wish we could just be emailed or texted the key codes at time
of our check in instead of having to stop off at the facility. With traffic at high peak weeks, this adds quite a bit of time and frustration.

The home was excellent! Well maintained and just as advertised. It was perfect for the entire family!
We loved the pool, the elevator for my special needs son and the fenced in yard for our pooch. The location to the beach was also very nice and we didn’t even have much trouble finding a parking space. We would definitely consider to come back to this home in the future!

WIFi never worked....
WIFi never worked..... House was okay, our family rented for 2 weeks together. The cleaning in between weeks was not that great. Back yard is nothing but sand so the dogs could not play out there (the main reason we got a fenced in yard).

A nice accommodating house for 12 of us and close enough to beach and shopping. The cleaning crew was a bit behind, and could have been better, but we assume that has been taken care of. We would stay there again!

Shoreline OBX was very professional in our dealings. The house we rented,"70 Steps," was well maintained and clean when we arrived. It worked well for our family gathering, 3 sons & their families. Pool good for 4 & 5 yo, however, would be small for older children. However, large community pool is good, available nearby. There was building going on one lot over which produced noise, trucks,bobcats, cement mixers, etc during the day. There is a vacant lot right next door...when will building begin on that lot?
Workers came to switch out one of our house's A/C units midweek. We were given no notice that they would be shutting down our unit for a time. The A/C unit had been running well...we don't know why it was swapped out.
Overall, we loved the well-equipped house, close access to the beach. Great area to bike & walk.Thank you.

The house is in a great location with a beautiful beach and ocean view from the front balcony. The layout of the house is great with the four bedrooms flanking the central living, dining, kitchen area.
The owners have done a beautiful job decorating the place in a beach theme with nice furnishings. Beds are comfy and the place is clean.
