Location was great--on a quiet street outside Central Amsterdam, but easy access to main sights as it is near intersection of two tram lines. Apartment is in a newly renovated building and is clean and spacious. Has a nice, comfortable "real" king-sized bed (not the usual European twin beds put together). But, in their haste to get this place on the market, the proprietors missed many, many important details. There was only one armchair in the apartment--strange as it is clearly for 2 persons. Website we booked through advertised a dishwasher--there was none, in fact, not even a rack for drying dishes. One of the websites advertising this apartment claims it has a microwave--there was none at the time we visited (May 2013). Bathroom was missing a towel rack so we had to improvise by hanging bath towels by the bed. Finally, communication was poor. We were left to believe that we would have to survive on one roll of toilet paper and one set of towels for 8 days. The apartment was serviced halfway through our visit, but not before we had bought extra toilet paper. Also missing are details on how to work the stove, TV, and heating / cooling system. This property has a LOT of potential, but the management needs to get its act together with these little items.

Fully equiped modern 1-bedroom apartment nicely appointed. Building has a nice elevator. Kitchen has a great coffeemaker and frig plus fully equiped for any cooking. Also has a washing machine which we used. Nice restaurant next door. Convenience store just around the corner. Use a taxi in Barclona (cheap, 3-10 euro) will get you anywhere. Check-in/check-out process was easy. Phone to get an access code to enter the apartment and leave payment information. Short Stay Group has a conveniently located office with any problems and also respond quickly by phone with any questions/problems. I highly recommend ! First class operation.

We went with very high hopes with the Rembrantplein 2 apartment. For the amount of money we were paying we were expecting more of it. Even the apartment description and photos miss guided us to fall for this rental.

On June 11 I sent an email to the apartment rental company as of today I haven't heard anything from them. On that email I stated that the sofa in the family room was dirty, dusty and with a bad smell, TV was not working. There was a broken iron board and we asked if they had an iron or can supply us with one (no answer). The windows has a bar that doesn't allow you to open them. While I can understand this could be for safety so no one jumps from a second floor. That system poises a fire hazard as there is only one way to get out of the apartment. This could happen as under the apartment you have cafes and restaurants. The owners never said the amount of cigarette smoke that comes from the restaurants to the apartment. It was bad to have a cigarette smelly apartment. In addition they didn't mention we are next to a Disco and on Friday and Saturday nite you can hear the boom boom of the music in the bedrooms until 4 or 5am. We wrote the email explaining all these matters and we would had expect at least an answer and probably a discount for not being honest on the condition of the apartment.

So, anyone going to Amsterdam invest your money in another apartment this one is a steal and the rental company really doesn't care bout giving you service. They just want your money.

Very nice rooms and furnitare, good beds.

We were all very pleased and had a great stay.
The only downside was the fact that the elevator never worked and although we complain, we never had feedback on the situation.
Nevertheless, we would recommend and go back to using your services.

Lovely spaceous apartment, great facility and easy to get to by tram. Very central. Would definitely stay here again!

I'm often travelling to The Hague with 3 to 4 nights stay each time, so am glad to find flat much more confortable than hotel, and making me feel like at home with kitchen, furnitures, separate bedrooms, etc. It is clean, well located, well furnished.
I really enjoy using ShortStayApartment services, and fully recommend to anybody.

We arrived early in Rome and phoned our host, Stephania. She was very accomodating to our changed schedule and very helpful to us. The apartment was in a great location and was very clean...just as advertised. We would definitely use the Short Stay service again.

We just loved our apartment in Amsterdam,it looked exactly like the photos online. The check in process was easy and Short Stay called a taxi service to take us to the aparment. The apartment was clean and in a perfect location, the price was very reasonable compared to a hotel stay. If we had any problems ,Shortstay provided us with several numbers to contact them. We are planning to use Short Stay in the future for two upcoming trips!

I stayed at Grand Place VI (apartment ID: 3644) with 5 other people. In total we were 6 guests. It was a comfortable fit and the apartment was very well located. The only issue was that the wireless internet was not very good, because the signal was weak inside the house. We had to use internet outside the apartment.

We booked an apartment in Barcelona end May 2013, next to Santa Maria del Mar: great location. The room was small with a double bed + a single sofa armchair, a very small single person closet (part of it used for the blankets of the single bed) , we could not get in the bathroom, the sink was really small and so low I had to bent (I am 1.60cm) my husband poor man is 1.80cm. The loo was even worse. We paid over 600 eur for a 5 night stay. The kitchen was there but who would stay in and eat food ???? Wifi was working ok and reservation desk nice. I recommend a hotel for that price in May you can get also a daiy cleaning and a proper bathroom.

The booking procedure was simple and straightforward.

Every member of the team we spoke to was incredibly helpful - when we had a problem with the apartment they responded quickly and efficiently (and dealt with the problem).

We were very impressed and would book with the company again if we were going somewhere they operate from.

This was just what we wanted for a weekend in Barcelona. It had everything we needed and more. The flooring was beautiful and the balcony was an added bonus. Really reasonably priced too. The staff were very laid back and we had a great stay!

Nothing to complain…

Stayed at City Breeze apartment in the Hague for 3 weeks. The apartment was just like the one pictured on the website and was clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience with this kind of setup (this was the first time that I used this kind of apartment rental). Some little things can be improved, such as having amenities like laundry detergent or bath soap, but apart from that, I'd highly recommend Short Stay!

A very pleasant experience for an extended stay of 17 nights. We enjoyed all the amenities of the apartment as well as the central location close to restaurants, shopping, public transport and parking garage..

Some minor things were that we only received one key while we were promised two and the housekeeping did not come until we notified the manager.

The appartment was everything we where hoping to find.
Perfect location, very nice and modern decoration, clean and big rooms.
Very nice and helpful staff !

We'll come back for sure :)
