1. The location was great, lovely cool area, easy to get to anywhere in the city.
2. The staff was pleasant and helpful.
3. My main problem was that the rooms seemed bigger and more spacious in the pictures. The living room was so small it did'nt even have chairs. The bedroom was too small for the cot, so was also in the tiny living room. It made things very uncomfortable for us.
On top of that an impossible steep flight of stairs. Aswell i asked if the balcony is prive, and it was'nt, and to get to it i had to move the bed and squeeze through a tight apot.
And i did consult by email before ordering. The truth would have helped me choose a bigger flat , ground floor, and a much better stay for us.
Also the flat was reasonably clean, not more.

I had a wonderful stay in Paris. Short stay apt. museum makes you feel at home. It has almost everything you nerd (i missed a washing machine). Close to metro, railstation, park, cafes, restaurants. ALL the staff From the office até Very kind and helpfull. I strongly recommend the placenta, and certainly will book again, as many time as I shall go to Paris.

Easy check in, nice, spacious apartment for the five of us in the upmarket and central area of Eixemple in Barcelona! Loved the top floor terrace! Thank you for a lovely stay!

good value for money. room en interior fits the purpose. including a car park and very close to the Metro which is convenient. Host very accurate and helpful

Top floor is cute, but thats about it. Bottom floor is not very great. It smells like a musty basement, any time you use any sort of water you can hear the pipes LOUDLY. Entire place was barely clean, cob webs everywhere. And the bathroom door kept breaking. No upkeep.

On top of this, we had a power outage which, granted, happened to the entire neighborhood. But somehow everyone else had theirs fixed day 1 and we did not get any help until Day 3.

Would not stay here again.

Bed bugs. Need I say more? Now I have to be paranoid whether I brought them back with me for months.

I loved that it was clise to everything the city has to offer.

Excellent apartment and well connected to city center .

I really enjoyed the apartment. The bed was very comfortable, it was very quiet. Kitchen was perfectly equipped, but I brought my instant coffee from home. Location was very convenient; next to Gare d'Austerlitz. I will recommend the short stay apartments again. The only thing I would change is that I would have liked being able to check into the apartment earlier, without paying for the previous night. And it is a little inconvenient to pick up the key in the office. The office personnel were very nice.

Furniture is on acceptable level snd could be better.

Appartment well located in an historical building. Confortable bedrooms facing the rear of the building with garden making it quiet. The living room and kitchen facing the street but are not too rumorous thanks to the windows.
The appartment floor and walls are recent. However the woodwork and doors need to be renovated. We had mice in our place and informed short stay who placed traps under the kitcheb cabinet. The dishwasher was out-of-order and was not replaced during our stay. Overall do not expect high level if standard as for the furniture and kitchen. Everything is low cost which is disappointing when you spend 1800 euros a week.

The apartment was really dirty and unclean and we had to clean the apartment when we entered.
In addition there were about three mice in the apartment.

Excellent self catering accommodation in a true old Amsterdam environment. My family of four spent over a week visiting friends and relatives. It was convenient to have the tram, a supermarket and some nice food places closeby. Would stay there again.

Nice quite neighborhood. Apartment had all the amenities for the family stay. We had an iPad that allowed us to communicate with staff and info about local areas.

I think it would be a good idea to make payment more direct and easier.
I would really never send you my credit card number and safety code but I would use my credit card for secured online payment if this was available.
You could also offer the bank transfer possibility right away. This would avoid mail exchanges.

We were very disappointed.
The apartment was absolutely not clean. In the toilet was mold on the wall. The towel radiator in the bathroom was full of mold.
It would also be animals (insects) in the bath.
The sofa bed was broken and not suitable for sleeping. We had only 3 blankets for 4 people.
The beds were so soft that you could not sleep. If you wanted to get up, you rolled down.
You could not open the windows.
In the other apartments and in the corridors consumed some people drugs. You could smell it very much in our apartment. We could not let in any fresh air. That is unacceptable for me and my 3 children.
The apartment was not pictured as on the internet.
The best were the women in the office. They were very nice and willing to help.

Fantastic. The cleaners always did an excellent job and the apartment itself was more than adequate

Great appartment, very quiet neigbourood and good food shopping area. Very close to Eiffel Tower and two underground lines (6 and 10).
I would have put 5 stars but the room air was extremely dry due to the ventilation of the building (that is fairly noisy too).
