The place is very nice and the main advantage is that it is very close to the center and the underground is very close.

We were disappointed only with the quality of wi-fi

Our apartment right off Vondelpark was perfectly located just a 15 min tram ride from the city center. The kitchen was fully equipped with oven and dishwasher. The team at the front office got back to us as soon as we emailed them and they brought us clean towels mid-stay (one week) which was a nice touch. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, no problem at all there.

Beautiful place, combined with amazing apartment, in perfect location is a HEAVEN! Hope I will have possibilities to visit Barcelona soon! Thanks a lot

Beutiful place and clean but I didnt like internet wifi not working during one week.

Great apartament, well located and connected by subway with major attractions. Very quiet, with right heating and enough kitchen appliences (no washing machine). Would like to have more towels. The couch was also very comfortable for sleeping! I would highly recommend the place.

Rooms were big and clean with all the basic amanitas. location is also very close to central. However the area where this apartment is located is getting developed with lot of construction happening so there are very less choice for restaurants and cafes for eating. but overall stay was nice.

Sympathic people where to get keys from, just a shame that had to wait until 2pm but this is as it is..appart flat was nice, clean and tidy...except the entrance on the street was full of pigeon excrements. Maybe a little living room table would be nice to add (had a kitchen table however), and especially colourfull pictures in frames on the walls (all current pictures were depressing, black and white about buildings, electric wires...does not fit well with such colourfull Amsterdam we all know. Waiting now for your invoice...thanks!

Stay away from these cheaters in BARCELONA !

They charged me 70 euros from my Mastercard one day after i check out because i didnt bring my rubbish bag to my own home in Belgium! That's crazy ! Their contract is very dangerous for the customers : if you made the errors to book from them, be extremely careful, don t trust their nice false smiling employees on the desk in their office, they are all double faces! At the end, they try to steal your money for any reason, so be always very carreful !

The appartments are small, old and noisy (you hear your neighbour s voice during the whole night)!

Their dishwasher doesn t work, you must wash the glasses with your hands, it s so nice when you are on holiday....

I had a very bad experience with them, if you want to avoid problems during your stay in Barcelona, just pay some more money and choose a honest host....

I Wish you a wonderful stay in Barcelona but don't book from these cheaters !

Convenient location in the center of the city. Clean apartments. A bottle of wine as a gift! ;)

Excellent location of the apartment right near all the amenities and shops with easy access to the whole city. Could not hear any noise from the street as windows had good soundproofing. Both Yolanda and Marianna were super friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Great tips for local traditional restaurants and places of interested, cannot thank them enough :)

I have been dealing with Short Stay Group for several years now and all my experiences have been great. From the initial booking process all the way to the after sales their level of service is exceptional. All members of staff are hospitable and flexible.

My colleagues and I have stayed in the same apartment in Amsterdam two years in a row during the ISE show. The apartment itself is amazing, really modern and kept very clean, also ideal for a family or small group of friends.

During every request I have been dealt with in the most professional manner possible, communication is always very quick and polite. I would defiantly continue to use Short Stay group for future trips and would highly recommend their services.

The flat was well located and quiet for Paris.
At our arrival, self booking by getting the keys in the locked box was fine.
But we were a little bit disappointed when we noticed that the flat we had the keys for was not the one we had chosen on the website. I was explained that it was a similar flat from the same category but we would have prefered being informed that the flat number has changed. If the customer has the possibility to chose his flat on the website, he expects to obtain the one he has chosen and that is referenced on every booking document. Unless either you don't give the possibility to your custormer to chose a specific flat, either you inform him of any change.
It made our arrival in Paris a little bit sad, what is a shame.

As always best experience with short stay group apartment and the best customer care that kept staying with them every year the apartment was modern and spotless clean as it looks in the pics with the best location i already booked another apartment for December highly recommend it.

Beautiful appartments all around the city. They are quiet, very clean, nice and modern interior. Service is good and they are always very friendly and helping. Def will come back.

It was great time to stay in one of your flat 2nd time.
Additional armchair would be much better for 4 pax flat.
There was a couch (for 2 person) and one armchair.
One of us seated on the dining chair and it was not comfortable for long time rest.
Hope next year we can get 4 comfy seat in the saloon.
