After sales service is zero I am still not happy with the reply because they did not read my reviews correctly I said I have bought new waste water kit because did not fit,

After sales service is zero
I have ordered Phoenix elegance enclosed with tray three weeks ago and, the builder try to fit the tray came with waste water kits did not fit and it had a problem I phoned the company and explain the problem they promised me to replace it and they will send me another kit waited for three days and nothing arrived, I phoned twice and left message and no one call me back, the after sale service is very bad I will never recommend this company I have spent nearly £700 pounds and in top of that I had to buy another waste water kit

Thank you for your feedback.

The shower waste you received is a standard 90mm product that is compatible with the shower tray you purchased. The shower tray and waste selected come together as a kit.

We are not privy to the plumbing a customer might have in their property. It is up to the customer or installer to ensure compatibility prior to purchase. Of course, customers are always welcome to return unused items in a saleable condition.

We ask all customers to contact us with any questions, prior to purchase if they are unsure of the product they require or compatibility.

Don’t waste your money on this seller.
Bought an enclosure and was send the wrong one and then charged me nearly a hundred pounds for collection of the wrong item.

Thank you for your feedback.

We did, however, send you the shower enclosure you ordered. These were a special offer item and no sizing options were available, just the one model that you purchased.

If we send a customer the wrong or defective item then we cover the cost of the return transport and issue a full refund or facilitate an exchange. Unfortunately, if an item has been incorrectly ordered then we have to charge the customer for the return transport.

Your order was ultimately refunded, less the cost of the original delivery and the cost of the return. We still have to pay the 3rd party logistics provider for those services.

We ask all customers to contact us with any questions if they are unsure of the product they require.

Zero customer service angry customer

Ordered a bathroom mirror from Bathroom mirrors UK part of the same group, have received no communication at all confirming delivery of my order so I called them on Wednesday to be told they will be delivering on Friday, yes you guessed it did not arrive on Friday now its Saturday and I am unable to contact them. Your company has zero customer service skills. I am extremely angry as I have been waiting on this mirror to complete my bathroom.

ordered a shower door flap

ordered a shower door flap. got an email stating ordered processed, and nothing arrived. rang them to find out what was happening and they said it was with delivery and would ring back. no return phone call as agreed. rang them again and eventually told the original order had been dropped by somebody, and a new door wouid be with us 23/8/19. its now 17:36 on the 23/8/19 and nothing has arrived. so its back to emails and phone calls when they open next week. I told them this was needed to completed a house renovation....

Bought goods from this company some years ago and after moving house have gone back to them for a second time. Delivery was arranged in 2 consignments to coincide with the builders. All went to plan and am pleased with the result.

hi we have been left with a shower tray…

hi we have been left with a shower tray that is no good to us what so ever , they company wont help , have even offered to return it and take 100.00 pound off the original price , we had the door delivered even though there was complications to start , i wish i had looked at reviews before we purchases it , the plummer was a few weeks behind
by the time he got around to fit we never taught it for one moment that it would not fit , now stuck with it and cant sell it, the company does not want to know or make any attempt to reply.

Dear Mr Lockwood,

I'm very sorry that your toilet seats have still not arrived with you.

This part of your order was being delivered direct from the manufacturer. We received the notification of dispatch from them as normal a couple of days following your order. We've followed all your phone calls up with them advising that they hadn't arrived. They're advising us that the goods have been delivered.

We've escalated this and asked for a proof of delivery (POD) just in case they have been delivered to a neighbour or incorrect address. We've been assured that this matter will be resolved today 15/04/19 and they will also contact you directly.

If you no longer require the goods then a refund for this part of your order will be processed.

Once again my sincere apologies for the delay and the confusion with your order.

BathroomRadiators - a disaster

We would emphasise that this review relates to a trading as arm of Shower EnclosuresUK - Bathroom Radiators UK. Our experience was awful, after receiving confirmation of our order, we heard nothing for 4 days, on chasing them we were given various excuses but it became evident that they had not despatched the item. As we were going to be away the following week we asked if a signature was needed for delivery, we were told by Danny it wasn't. Inevitably the order came when we were away, 12 days after placing the order and of course the carrier needed a signature! We had to scramble around to get it redelivered to a neighbour causing more hassle. Will avoid this company in future.

Dear Mr Fleetwood,

I'm very sorry that the delivery of your radiator took longer than expected.

I can see with your order notes that there was a delay due to stock issues. This is one of our best selling items given the competitive price and free delivery we offer and from time to time we experience stock issues.

In terms of the signature the sales advisor did contact the courier on your behalf and advise that it could be left without a signature, given the relative low value of the item, if a safe place was available or alternatively could be left with a neighbour.

However honouring this request is down to the discretion of the delivery agent. You'll appreciate that if an insured item is lost or damaged the courier will have to cover the cost of replacement. So while the delay, following a re-delivery, may have caused you a little inconvenience it was done in the best interests of getting the goods to you without being lost or stolen.

So while we are genuinely sorry for the delay we feel that a 1 star rating is a little harsh in this instance and would invite you to reconsider your rating given the impact this can have on our small business.
