Easy pick ups and drop offs right at the hotel. Smaller return shuttle bus on rerun journey and back seats are a little to cramped an uncomfortable and I am not a larger person.

My flight changed so I had to change my…

My flight changed so I had to change my shuttle time. I was waiting 15 minutes before my pick up time and waited 15 minutes after before I had to get a taxi so I wouldn't miss my flight.

Too many pickup locations

Pickup not bad. Only half an hour or so to drop off others from airport. Hotel to airport journey, far too long. An hour and a half round Corralejo to over a dozen different pickup points, plus the 40 minutes to the airport.

However, we’re very sorry to learn that the return transfer from your hotel to the airport felt excessively long and caused frustration. We completely understand how important a smooth and timely journey is, especially when travelling for a flight.
We would like to explain that your booking was for a shared shuttle transfer service. This type of transfer involves collecting multiple passengers from various hotels and designated pickup points along the route before proceeding to the airport. This resulted in several scheduled stops before continuing to the airport. While this allows us to offer a more economical option, it can extend travel time compared with private transfers or direct services.
That said, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate that the duration exceeded what you expected. Your comments are very valuable to us, and we will share them with our local transport partner to review routing and scheduling wherever possible.

Valencia - Excellent service from booking to pick up. Definitely recommend. Prompt pickup, both from airport and return, drivers very polite and professional, vehicle very clean. Would use again

Rip off and not delivering,

Cant leave a zero star review, but 1 star is too much.

The transfer company were not interested in helping us, as we were 5 mins over the 60min from moment the plane touched down. With the new passport restrictions in European airports with facial and fingerprints, it will take over 60mins from touchdown, to taxi to terminal, passport control and getting stopped by customs and then finding the pick up point, even though on booking it said we will be greeted at the airport by the driver ( I was expecting someone with a card with my name on, not having to walk to a pick up point with luggage)
Had to get an uber/bolt as driver refused to pick us up, which was actually cheaper than half the price of the original transfer. Wouldn’t recommend using in Europe until the new passport system is fully implemented.
All the company do is say thank you for your feedback, no offer of compensation.
Beware of this company as soon as they have your money you have no contact from them until deadline of cancellation or change of details has passed.and they do not care about the customer, we are just a number and a way to get money for them.
Will never use them again.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, was at the AIRPORT FOR 2HRS
There was no-one waiting for me at the airport when I arrived , i had to make calls to find out what was happening, they said they had to verify my booking, then after about 10 messages back and to they said they would send someone immediately, I then received a message to say Jessica would find me! I found Jessica asked her if she was Jessica and she just walked away, a further 30 minutes later a chap took me to Jessica! Which was bizarre and then a cab was found( probably an Uber)

It was very easy to book

It was very easy to book. We had to go and look for our driver. Very little conmunication which was a shame. Our pick up time for our return journey was changed by 30 mins but this was not communicated to us resukting in Hotel Reception phoning to chase this up

Had to change pick up point

Had to change pick up point, 1 phone call English speaking operator sorted quickly. Pick up time E mailed 2 days prior. Coach on time , clean coach & courteous driver. Perfect experience with this company as always....

Comfortable coach.
The airport Shuttle drops off and picks up from hotels only. It would be helpful if other pick up locations could be provided for those staying in a private apartment (not a hotel).
