Have just purchase a bag and shoe combo and required next day delivery, as it was late on Thursday, I was unsure if they delivered in a Saturday, however after contacting Rubia through email, they have done a brilliant job to ensure I get my goods in time for wedding on Saturday evening. Brilliant customer service, very very helpful and would highly recommend... definatly worth 5 stars... 😁

The shoes I ordered were too small for me. However they were good quality at an excellent price. I had to return them and my contact with the seller was a very good experience. They were helpful and prompt in their response.

I needed to return a pair of shoes recently purchased as they were marked. I cannot fault the service I received from ShuWish ....I received a prompt refund together with a generous discount code on my next order which more than covered my return postage. The guy I spoke to was very friendly and professional. Would not hesitate in ordering from ShuWish again.

My second purchase from Shuwish UK. Ordered shoes and a matching bag for my mum and ordered on Sunday and they were received on Tuesday. the shoes are beautiful and well made and the bag matches perfectly. Delighted also with the promotion of the free bag with the shoes. Excellent service and can highly recommend.

I love the shoes I ordered from Shuwish, I ordered them for a wedding and I have to say I was very impressed with the quality of them, they are amazing for the price I paid. I am one very happy customer, the shoes fit so well and are so comfortable considering they are rather high. When I ordered the shoes, I received a call from Shuwish advising that I was entitled to a free handbag with my order which was great as I needed a new one for the wedding, I was able to order the one I wanted regardless of price and found one to match my shoes. I need to return a pair of shoes back to Shuwish for a refund as I ordered two sizes, I emailed them to confirm return address etc and got a reply straight away and will be returning them shortly for a refund. I would recommend Shuwish 100% and I already have to my friends and family. I have read some of the reviews written and I disagree with the negative reviews, I have received excellent customer service and great quality products from Shuwish.

I loved my Shuwish shoes so much that I am planning to buy another pair this week,and a matching handbag! I bought some white patent high heels for the Summer, and they look absolutely divine.
The quality is absolutely amazing, the value for money incredible, and the fit really really great. I would recommend Shuwish one hundred per cent - they are beautiful products.

Arrived when expected, exactly as described, good fit. Very pleased.

My shoes arrived but one had a raised mark on it so i emailed the company straight away. I explained they were for my Daughters' Wedding & requested a replacement. 3 emails have now been sent - with photos attached, but no response received. Very poor. Will not order from them again.

Ordered a clutch bag on the Saturday evening, paying extra for 24hr delivery. Was kept informed by email regarding despatch of my order. Bag received on the Monday as expected and very happy with my purchase and the delivery. Would buy from here again.

Very dissapointed as no refund despite sending by Fedex on 3rd January. The Fedex was delivered and signed for. I Have sent emails which are never answered and phone does not accept calls! I see others have experienced the same. All I want is my refund!!! Come on Shuwish!! If this isn't resolved by next week I will be reporting to trading standards and Roguue Traders!! I do not intend to let this go! Do the right and honest thing.

DO NOT buy from this company if there is ANY chance you want to return your goods. Because - the do not respond to emails, their 'refunds' email address sends bounce emails because the mailbox is full, if you phone them they don't answer, if you call them out on social media - they don't respond. I am owed a refund of £42.89 for goods I have returned. I see I am not the only one on this thread. They are very quick to deliver the product, but they do not fulfil the promise on their website about Returns. I have registered an official complain now against them. It is dreadful customer service, they should be ashamed. It is SO easy to get it right Shuwish, SO easy. Fix your systems and return my money.
