This was my first and will be my last experience with ShuWish. Paid for next day delivery and my parcel did not arrive. It has been 4 days and i am still waiting to receive my parcel, if i am going to receive it. Don't bother trying to phone the company as no one seems to be bothered to answer the phone. Yodel is the worse delivery service company as they are impossible to get in touch with, waiting in a queue for at least two hours to speak to an advisor on their webchat, and still not been able to speak to some one. I feel robbed of my money, and have no idea what has happened to my parcel. This needs to be resolved immediately.

Love Shuwish they always have the shoes I'm looking for, very comfy - stylish and at a reasonable price
Will be getting all my shoes from here in the future.

non-existent costumer service. I ordered a clutch bag from them a couple of months ago and returned it 2 days after receiving it because I changed my mind , I sent the bag back to the return address after my many emails being ignored. Never received an answer or a refund. Terrible service, do not recommend.

Shoes arrived quite quickly, nice colour. There was a mark on the toe of left shoe. Also I am normally a five and a half, I ordered a size 6 they are very snug, but as I wanted them to wear on a special occasion coming up quite quickly I will keep them.

I discovered Shu Wish on Amazon. I decide to look on the website. A beautiful collection of shoes to suit all heel types, along with handbags. I placed my order on Sunday morning & received a confirmation straight away. On Monday I heard again to say that the shoes had been dispatched, they arrived today. They are in there own dust bags, wrapped in tissue & with spare heels. The shoes are comfortable & true to size. I will certainly be a returning customer.
