the shoes are lovely - great choice and lovely, BUT I had to return 2 pairs as they were too big - got no response until I emailed to find out where my refund was only for them to refund for one pair of shoes and are now arguing that they had no proof that I had returned BOTH pairs - even though both were in the same parcel .... do I have a photo of the parcel??? still trying to get a refund for the other pair .... VERY ANGRY - they are making me feel like I am trying to ripe them off .. not the other way around!!!

Bought a clutch bag and shoes from this company, they looked great and the shoes were a good fit, however, within 5 minutes of wearing them the heel came off the shoe. The company have sinse ignored my emails and outreach attempts on social media sites. Very disappointing,would not recommended.

everything was absolutely fine initially, and if it hadn't been for the need to return the item ordered as it was the wrong size, the company would have received 5 stars. I return the item 7 days ago be recorded delivery, requesting an exchange, but have not received an acknowledgement of any description

Ordered shoes and clutch bag for wedding. Not only was choice of styles and colors excellent and prices very good - my order was delivered very quickly - I live in France and was expecting this too be lengthy. Delighted with the goods, packaged and presented beautifully. Thoroughly recommended.

The shoes that I ordered which are the Black shimmering low kitten heel peep toe sling back party sandals for £24.95, arrived really quickly and I was amazed by the quality. They look more expensive than they actually were, and they are really comfortable. I would definitely recommend this site.

Handbag was lovely and shoes were great, just what I wanted for my daughters Wedding, however they did come up on the small size. Rang the contact number as they are literaly 20 minutes by car away from me, gentleman I spoke to was great, he arranged to have a bigger size available for me to exchange and try on at their premises. Went the following day and couldn’t be happier with my experience, very friendly owners. Size up fitted like a dream. Highly recommend.
