Great value for money and service. Really quick installation. Do have a slight problem with one of the catches, however a new part has been ordered and I’m assured they will be in touch when it arrives.

Even though there were set backs with covid-19, Siesta blinds always kept us in the loop with the work and were great at making sure the design swatches fitted our aesthetic. Very pleased with the service, quality of the blinds and price.

After reading good reviews, we were so disappointed with the poor customer service that we received. We had arranged for Siesta blinds to come out to our (hopeful) new home. Upon booking we were advised that the fitter would turn up anytime in the morning (9-12) or anytime in the afternoon (12 -4), and as our house is new and empty, we had to contact the builder 30 mins prior to the appointment so he could get across to give us access. Unfortunately due to weather conditions, the builder cancelled the first appointment, we then rearranged a morning appointment (9am - 12pm) 2 weeks later. The fitter called at 10.40am to say he was in the village, i advised him that i would call the builder to get across for access; the fitter then told me that he would ring the office and call me back; i waited 30 minutes for a call back, i tried calling the fitter numerous time and no response. I managed to get in touch with the office via email to be told that they were unable to get hold of him... I waited around until after 12pm and heard nothing from the fitter, presumably he couldn't be bothered or has more important customers. Coincidentally, my parents had an afternoon appointment (12-4) the next day. They did get a call actually, just after 3pm (after waiting for 3 hours) to be advised that the fitter was too busy and wouldn't be attending the appointment. Your fitter may be busy but he needs to understand that your so called customers are busy and have lives.
