Shocking customer service
We had an appointment booked today and planned our day around it due to the 4hour window we’d been given. We were told that they would contact us 30mins before they expected to be at the property.
After waiting for 3 hours we received a call saying they’re behind schedule and will be unlikely to make the times given and could we rearrange.
I wouldn’t be so annoyed if they hadn’t messed up the day before with my daughter’s property. She too had waited just like us and got no where. Paul the chap supposed to be meeting them was uncontactable!
In all, this company has wasted 6 hours of our time in total 2 houses) and turned down what could have been good business. Maybe they don’t need it!
My husband naively rebooked them but I’ve just called to cancel!
They’ve probably done us a favour as their goods might well have reflected their unprofessional shoddy attitude!!
In response to your reply Lynn...I wasn’t waiting at the property, does it matter where I was waiting? You still messed up and it would have been magnanimous if you’d just accept that you were in the wrong and apologise instead of trying to make excuses! If I could have given you Zero stars I would have done...I suggest clients contemplating booking you read all of the 1 star reviews first...

Up until my latest acquisition of cafe style shutters I would have agreed with all of the good reviews as I have been getting blinds from them for years! And oh dear what can I say...... from the outset customer service was serious, I received no info from them re my order, had to chase up everything myself and then cam the day of fitting! They were obviously measured wrongly as the fitters were using toilet roll!! to fil the gaps followed by filler. They will not stay shut and one panel is cracked. Siesta are aware of all of this and after calling twice to complain and Paul the fitter coming to the house and taking photographs I’m still no further forward! What do I have to do Siesta??? I am not going away and will take it further if I have to. Any potential buyers be aware that their customer service is atrocious, having worked in this area all my all my working life, believe me I know ! I deserve better, they were not cheap!!

Excellent blinds for the price. Used Siesta Blinds for many years now and never disappointed. Thank you, a very satisfied customer.

Blinds are good quality. Would recommend but think the fitters and office staff need to liase another better to get customer satisfaction

When the cords on our previous vertical blinds snapped, we asked a representative from Siesta to call. From measuring up to delivery was about four days! Amazingly fast, friendly and professional service. Good value too. We are both very pleased with our new blinds and will certainly be using them again. Highly recommend.

We have had all blinds for our home plus previous 2 homes. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Prompt,helpful,efficient and lovely staff. Would definitely recommend.

Not excited at prospect of further delays to blinds arrival and fitting. The deposit was chased and after looking closer in the office confirmed as received then after waiting 3 weeks as advised called to be told one portion of the order had not arrived and would take upto 3 weeks. Looked very much like it had been missed off unable to give better review as not seen the end I stalked product.

Blinds fitted quickly and look great
Only reason not an5 is because the bathroom blind. The plastic cable to close the blinds is longer than the window so just hangs down slightly. All others ok
