We bought two sets of external doors from Sign. They were straightforward, down to earth and pleasant to deal with. The price was very competitive and the doors are great quality, installed with minimum mess. Highly recommend.

Mark came to see myself and my husband and was very helpful informative and breath of fresh air compared with other companies I had quote us.

I had front windows fitted on my property and decided to keep it local. Mark came to my home with second to none personable customer service, I have had a lot of work done on my home by other companies recently where I have felt like a number or a just another job over the phone. It was refreshing to have Mark visit my home and listen tentatively to what I needed and my requirements without a hard sell. The fitters that came to do the job were friendly and extremely polite! They cleaned up, hoovered, and my home felt like I had no workmen come in and out when they finished the job or at the end of the day. Receptionists Kate and Bell are lovely and never made me feel uncomfortable no matter how many queries I had. All the staff are approachable and the finish on the windows is excellent!! Absolutely zero complaints they made the whole process from start to finish stress free and the quality of their work is very high. I am really, really happy and will go back when I need to do the windows at the back of my house in the future.

Booked and confirmed appointment for 18:30 yesterday 16th October and NO one arrives - No call No Txt Nothing couldn't even be bothered to show up, Rearranged the evening to accommodate and nothing so so rude. Had your chance.

We received a very reasonable quote for 14 blown windows replaced.the fitter was excellent, tidy and swift and extra helpful in suggesting cleaning ideas of the plastic, would recommend them as it all went smoothly and he just worked around us.

I had extention to porch and a new roof. The roof has leaked since fit in 2019. At first they came out a few times. Now the leaks are a lot worse. They now wont answer emails. I have emailed 5 times and sent letter track and trace still nothing. I am now in process of taking matter further. Buyer beware. Customer service non existnant. This complainstarted end of 2019 escalated 2024 as leaks progressed,

We had a composite door installed March 2023 (manufactured by Entrance Composite Door Solutions).The quality is appalling, leaks, warped, doesn't close properly and allows a significant draught through. Totally unfit for purpose.
Customer service is as you would expect until they have your money, then you are on your own. After sales customer service is non-existent. Dan is totally unreliable, he never returns calls, ignores emails and ignores recorded delivery letters , even when he signs for them. If by some fluke you do get to speak to him he agrees a course of action e.g. a site visit, and then he doesn't show up.
Katie and Annabel are just as unreliable, never return calls.
The ten year guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on. Consumer legal statutory rights are blatantly disregarded.
Should you be thinking about doing business with Sign we urge you in the strongest possible terms to reconsider!!

I've had so many awful experiences with trades this year including another window co. vanishing with my deposit so I was really anxious finding a replacement company. After original salesman tried to help he recommended Sign Windows, after checking them out I went for it. Best price by far, kept informed throughout and the windows were fitted yesterday. Adam and Rich were fantastic and managed whole house in a day, was expecting some damage to internal decor inside after previous house was done but nothing, all cleaned up outside. Waking up this morning without condensation dripping down old windows was such a relief! A truly genuine family firm. Can't fault them and highly recommend Sign Windows. Thank you all!

We had very large bi-fold doors fitted last year at our home, plus a new back door and windows and they did a fantastic job. Yesterday they fitted 2 sliding sash windows to our rental property which is in a conservation area. We were worried that they wouldn't look authentic but they are brilliant, you wouldn't know they weren't original. Very competitively priced. Absolutely delighted again and the fitters are lovely too.

From initial contact to installation Sign Windows have been a pleasure to work with. We had all our windows replaced along with the installation of a bay window and grey cladding. Chris spent a lot of time with us going through what we wanted and nothing was too much trouble for Neil and the installation team. The end product is absolutely great. The house looks so much more modern now.

Excellent work from all at Sign Windows from placing the order for five windows to completion of the job - especially in these difficult days.
Work was completed in a day - we had expected two - but the guys got on with the job without any fuss and explained what they had done once they had finished.
We would highly recommend Sign Windows.

Ordered a composite door in March, booked in to finally fit it last Friday (11th December), nobody turned up. Was given poor excuses and rebooked for this Thursday (17th December). They turned up with the door and frame - frame was 20cm too small. Asked for my deposit to be refunded, was told someone would call me back, still no call back yet. Very poor service from start to finish.
