Brought my second car from Silsoe prestige motors.And once again the service has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish.Had an issue with my PX, and Shaun the salesman was fantastic and we came to an agreement that myself and the dealership were both happy with.Highly recommend this company if you are looking for a prestige/ Performance car.These guys know there stuff,and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy.Also I would like to mention the buyer of there vehicles.A guy called Yassa very genuine guy who buys some fantastic stock.All in all 5 stars from me,and will definitely be back in the future.

I bought a car for the for £29995 5 weeks ago and have took the car in a garage to get checked over and it and it needs a new engine and turbo. I rang them and will send me a email. The didn't have the balls to tell me over the phone the have refused to help as I didn't buy there pricey exetended warranty. Just a email with lots of legal jargon. Not a good way to run a business now I am stuck with a £8000 bill shame on you.

After searching the Internet found Silsoe Prestige Motors had just the car for me. Contacted them and made appointment to view. Just one issue before which they quickly sorted. Shaun was brilliant. He was honest, efficient and very customer oriented. He answered and sorted all of my requirements including delivery to my home address. I cannot recommend the company enough for the brilliant service provided.

There attention to detail is excellent,Sean help me no end and Aiden was so understanding and helpful. Rip was so helpful and knowledgeable..nothing was to much and I would recommend them to everyone.

Worst experience I ever had . Avoid like plague! I’ve bought a car from them which developed a fault after couple of weeks. Took me nearly two months to recover part of the cost .

Riz is good at what he does. Open for discussions and helps out when needed. Bought from them and he was quite helpful.

Bought an Audi A3 and within days there were serious problems with fault lights coming up and overheating . They took it to their garage in Luton who were worse than useless and i eventually got it to my garage only to find it had serious problems. ( Head Gasket , cooling system , air con etc..)
Took the car back but they would not refund despite only buying the car a week previous. Had to go down the legal route to get my money back which cost me substantially. The car is now back on sale on their web site - Do Not Buy It !
Website says AA checked . Absolute garbage . Their cars are buckets of nails .

Absolutely terrible I px my car for a Range Rover the engine was ok for a week then gave uploads of smoke and knocking, so tried to get my old car back they wouldn’t let me and gave me trade price for it, not only that I got speeding tickets in both cars which was supposed to to be in silsoe garage name and being fined for no tax as they hadn’t changed to it to traders but I sat there whilst Tim was on computer and said it’s all changed over and not liable for my car etc so I believed it had been changed over, then they refused to take the Range Rover back I brought from them until i mentioned my solicitor then they took it back, worst experience ever and I’m still getting letters through post about my car that I px with them and got fines over it that was 8months ago and they still have it for sale and using it for personal use and I still get speeding tickets, and the dvla don’t help as I trusted that silsoe had changed from my name into traders but they haven’t, I was constantly lied to and got ripped off my px was worth 10k but was only given 6k and was surround by about 8men and basically told to go

Riz was very approachable and friendly. Professional all the time. After care good . Couple of bits of documents took a while but never an issue getting it sorted. Car is amazing too! Highly recommend and will be back for my next whip

Bought an Audi A5 car not as described with lots of ongoing issues was told would get missing part sent but did not arrive. Couldn’t be more kean to sell the car but now purchased not delivering on promises . Be careful , LIARS and not keep their word.

Bought a cat N Merc Estate - reasonable price given the mileage and cat status. Riz was polite and helpful, and the experience was all very straightforward. Thumbs up from me.

Recently bought a jaguar f-pace of this garage riz was a great help throught the process would highly recommend

HI, Prior to leaving the deposit, Riz was very helpful in answering all of my question that I had asked prior to paying the deposit, I was only asked to pay deposit once I was happy with all the information that Riz provided, after paying the deposit I was kept in the loop while the vehicle was been prepared prior to my visit to the garage to collect my car, on arrival we were welcomed by Riz and Riz gave gave us time to check and go through all the paperwork to see I was happy, which I was and bought the car. Even after the sale I had some questions and again Riz answered them in a professional manner, this is just a note to say thank you Riz you were a mazing.

I had rung up on the morning 3/5/25 to come and view and hopefully buy a 118d white bmw RIZ was so helpful and so honest and his manners was 110% made the deal of buying this bmw and honestly I am glad I went to this place and was dealt with a brilliant member of staff I will be highly recommending this car garage and salesman. Great experience and very helpful

I purchased a very nice Alfa Stelvio Quad from Silsoe and picked up this week. My experience has been nothing but positive and I would defiantly recommend them to others. I mainly delt with Riz who was one of the nicest car salesmen I have ever worked with. I went and looked at the car in the rain and they offered to move it inside for me, they detailed they were having the wheels refurbished and the car serviced and check by Alfa in the coming week.

I went ahead with the purchase and put a deposit down on the car. I tried the finance company listed on their website but the rates were terrible so I used the same broker I normally use. Silsoe worked with the finance company and we got it all sorted in a week. I was very happy that it all went so smooth and the broker even commented that the dealer was very accommodating to there requests.

Been driving around very happy and with a massive grin. Highly recommend
