I purchased a very nice Alfa Stelvio Quad from Silsoe and picked up this week. My experience has been nothing but positive and I would defiantly recommend them to others. I mainly delt with Riz who was one of the nicest car salesmen I have ever worked with. I went and looked at the car in the rain and they offered to move it inside for me, they detailed they were having the wheels refurbished and the car serviced and check by Alfa in the coming week.

I went ahead with the purchase and put a deposit down on the car. I tried the finance company listed on their website but the rates were terrible so I used the same broker I normally use. Silsoe worked with the finance company and we got it all sorted in a week. I was very happy that it all went so smooth and the broker even commented that the dealer was very accommodating to there requests.

Been driving around very happy and with a massive grin. Highly recommend

Beautiful cars and lovely staff unfortunately a vehicle I purchased I had to return. Riz is fantastic and helped me out every time keeping me updated on what the next step is and what was going on with the vehicle etc Him and two others Adam and someone else made it quick and easy to reject the vehicle with all the competence expected. Do Not Buy👎 Bought a Porsche panemara they mentioned no problems with it & sold it off as near enough brand new. 2 weeks after DPF light kept showing up. Then All engine warning lights started acting up. Took it back to Them & The dealer ship said he Fixed it. Got it again still lots of Problems. Not Worth the Time Or the Money. Kept ending phone. Returned it & Saw it Relisted Don’t give this Shitty Dealership the money 👎❌

The car was purchased via HP on around 30th sep 2024- I was delivered the car on the Tuesday 1st October, after being lied to saying in the original advert the car had been serviced but i had to wait 4 days because it actually hadn't!! first lie over, on receipt of the car i noticed a strange whooshing sound was coming from the rear of vehicle after a few days
On Monday 7th October 2024 i dropped the car back to the dealership as they were investigating the noise.

On Friday 11th October 2024 i collected the car and was told it was fixed, t was the fan belt tensioner-roller that was making the sound. and that it was all fixed.

However upon driving the car i found the sound was still there and got worse. I then took it to RGR ford in Cranfield, it was then booked in for a thorough investigation.

The car was then booked in for the investigation at ford RGR on the 25th October and a test drive

It was suspected it was the all wheel drive unit that was making the noise. I let the dealership know and they agreed to fix the car. HUGE ISSUE!!!! WOW!!!

I dropped the vehicle to the dealership on the Saturday 1st November for repairs.
On the sat the 30th of November 2024 they had the car a WHOLE mouth, at no point was i provided a courtesy car and was still paying the finance BTW!!!

Upon getting the car back i decided to take it to ford again as i then did not trust them to have fixed it correctly

I asked for a report to be done on the whole car. this was done on the 20/12/2024 It was found that the car had a significant oil leak and this was then reported back to the dealership AGAIN!!

The car went back to the dealership on Friday 31st jan 25, for the oil leak from driveshaft to be sorted. I got car back on sat 15th jan 25. HOWEVER the car is still leaking oil I have all the evidence and pictures reports etc and WhatsApp messeages.as of todays date 11/03/25 The dealership are refusing to fix and i can let the broker know several times and the lender. broker is car finance 24/7 broker is specialist motor finance. both are aware of issue's. car is still not repaired from il leak and missing parts including a parcel shelf and a engine guard which they did not replace as both were saturated in oil. Complaints lodged many times

To top off there amazing lack of customer service the very first time i took the car back I was intimidated and I was shouted at by the aggressive managing director who told me what do i expect i bought a £5000 car and wheel spined off in his fancy BMW kicking dust all over his prestige cars!!!!

After all this i still have a oil leak and a damaged vehicle which i was sold just 5 short months ago. Now gone to local MP and the trading standards and motor ombudsman!!

Run a mile from this company and keep running........!!!! cuz my car doesn't go that far without a problem.!!!

Told lies on many aspects of the car like full bmw service history (it wasn’t they had it serviced by an independent garage whilst the car was in there care) Theyre either lying about the AA approval or the technicians blind as it was passed by AA with a snapped rear spring and discs that were so worn they were taking visible chunks out of the pads! They changed the wheels when the car was in there care (did have the original bmw wheels then they put fake battered comp wheels on with budget tyres and no TPMS) (I know this from getting in contact with previous owner) They turned lights off the dash temporarily on test drive…turned on about 5 mins into my journey home. How they’re still trading is beyond me.

Told the car wanted for nothing, parts were on order and would send when they came in. No parts ever arrived, not even ordered. Only two front bolts holding dricers seat in, boot/rear seats covered in glass from a previous smashed rear glass. No service book, after care none existent. Would strongly recommend avoiding.

Sold my car to these guys. Easy transaction, no problems with them, they were a pleasure to deal with.

Clowns selling cars with faults, lying about things such as number of keys, service history, only provided with a photocopy of a v5 that wasn't even for this car. Lied saying they would send all the details to the DVLA and two months later I still don't have a new V5 though in my name so must have lied about that too.
