blue bobble bowl
I purchased the blue bobble bowl and was so disappointed with it . It was hollow and very cheap looking . I was expecting it to be pottery . Would of cost to much to return it . I emailed customer services but had no response .dissapointed

Have ordered and received lovely things from this company before however have been waiting for an item I bought and no response from customer service after I’ve enquired as to where it is. Think it’s a small company which is fine and I’d rather support a smaller company but frustrating delivery is so slow and no response to my email.

SM are correct and I have been happy to wait. Until this last week… when emails were fobbed off with a promise of a follow up… but no follow up.
Also please note, mocking a customer and their review. Shame really Silver Mushroom because until now, your responses to others had been perfectly professional. Bottom of the barrel unprofessional response!

I can’t really review an order I never received, but seeing as Silver Mushroom sent me a very cheery “Thanks for your Order” and please review us email, despite telling me my item is out of stock, that they don’t know when they will have stock, ad Infinitum, I will indeed review.
When the lead time advertised came and went, I emailed and received a fast reply informing me my item was out of stock and they were awaiting stock from the supplier. More weeks, I contacted again… same reply. More weeks, this time rather frustrated as the item is still advertised with the same lead time, I contacted again. All chasing up is up to me… SM seem to forget they haven’t given you the goods you paid for once your money is in their bank.
When I queried this I was told their site had it advertised as out if stock. Such a pointless lie when I can see it is not.
I wait on… the company is cheaper.
But also beware if you are thinking of placing an order …. They have recently just narrowly avoided being struck off by Companies House.

Lovely product only criticism is it took a long time to arrive. Customer service were excellent and kept me informed and applied an extra discount for the inconvenience.

Eg I raised an order error today, which was entirely my fault, and within the hour it was fixed & the charge I expected to pay was waived. Perfection.

Good Price, Even Better Delivery
Eventually sourced a wicker coffee table to complete a room redecoration at a good price and with delivery to NI! Took advantage of free delivery after Christmas and product arrived as pictured on, and in good time. Very pleased with service from this company and would certainly recommend!

I bought a set of mixing bowls as an xmas present. Months after buying them, they were finally opened and unpacked to reveal a flaw in the glaze on one of them. Customer service are shipping a new one to me within a couple of hours of me reporting it via their website. Great service.

The price was great on Silver Mushroom.
I would have given 5 stars but my delivery took a long time to arrive.
I didn’t get any feedback from them and I had to ring up to enquire and then they emailed to say my order was on Back Order! A bit disappointing.

Product (shelf) was broken on arrival. Rang Customer Services before Xmas, was told another would be sent. 10th January - silence, no replacement and no further contact from them. Really poor.

Disappointment
I placed my order on Nov 30, 2023. Checked with Customer Service (CS) on Dec 3 to better understand the dispatch date and the missing 10% off for my first order. No response so I called them. The girl said will refund the 10% and it will take 5-7 days. I emailed them again on Dec 7 on the shipment status. CS responded it will be dispatched the following week and that I will receive a notification when it leaves their warehouse.
I emailed them again on Dec 12 as I still haven't received my notification nor the 10% refund. They replied saying their supplier has let them down and shipment won't be after the new year. They asked if I would be interested at other items. I said no as I only wanted my ordered item. I asked how much discount can they offer to compensate the delays and asked when will it likely to arrive at their warehouse.They were only able to offer another 10%. I asked them again when will it land? They said early Feb 2024!?!
When they said delayed and it will be after the New Year I would expect it to be early Jan NOT Feb!
VERY disappointed as I thought I ordered early so that it could arrive before Christmas :(
I have today Dec 12, 2023 asked for a full refund. Let's see this time they can complete the refund within 5-7 working days. If not I will probably need to call them up.
Horrible experience... 'tis was my first time ordering with them... will be the last too.

Disappointed with Silver Mushroom
Disappointed with Silver Mushroom. Placed my order #244643. Emailed customer service asking why my order hasn’t been dispatched. I was told it would be arriving on Friday and be dispatched on Friday or Monday. This did not happen. I again emailed them to ask what the hold up was. I was told they were waiting for it to arrive from the supplier.
Today I tried to contact customer service by phone but no one answered my calls.
Next I emailed to tell them I wanted to cancel my order and wanted a refund.
They emailed back with an apology and told me I would get a refund.
My opinion the order should not have been accepted when it wasn’t in stock. Also the money should not have been taken from my until it was shipped.
Not happy with customer service not answering my phone call.
I won’t be using this company again.
