I have ordered from Silver Mushroom several times now and the service has always been excellent! The delivery was quite quick and the products were very well packed, so no damages occurred and that's one of the reasons why I prefer Silver Mushroom over different retailers.

I love silver mushroom. The products are always as described and they have really beautiful things at fantastic sales if you wait for one. I order delicate things and *touch wood* nothing has ever arrived broken. Good delivery details too.

I ordered some knives on 23rd Sept and i got a confirmation email, nothing since regarding delivery or tracking link, i have decided i would like a refund now as far too long, sent email this morning and nothing as of yet - disappointed

Ordered 4 Nkuku counter chairs for the kitchen from Silver Mushroom - the delivery timeframe stated was around a month but they arrived a week in advance, delivery was great.

I however spotted a couple of minor issues with the chairs upon opening and sent a message to support who were very responsive and resolved the situation to my satisfaction.

A good experience all round and would recommend!

I had inadvertently used in correct delivery address and when i received dispatch notice i contacted customer service. Patrycja took new details and said she would advise if address could be changed. We exchanged emails but she was very prompt to call me to confirm it could be done. Very polite and a welcoming change to see how customer service should be conducted.

Do not purchase from this company. The courier service rearranged / cancelled a pre arranged delivery TWICE, and then when thye did finally deliver, failed to provide the 30 mind notice they promised, and proceded to leave the large cabinet on my neighbours front porch. I called their Customer Service, they said " That is wierd" and asked me to call the courier to arrange a redeivery.
Courier company do not answer. Item has also arrived damaged

Like other customers I was unhappy to learn I had paid £9.95 for postage. When ordering, I entered my address and it defaulted to this amount. I ordered the item on a Saturday and received it the following Tuesday at 14.00.
When I queried this via email the reply was that an explanation of delivery costs was on their website. This is correct but you have to search for it.
I feel it should state at the time of choosing delivery that it is ‘Next Working Day’ not Next Day, this is misleading.
My order was for two mugs, one of them had two small marks on the side. I also mentioned this in my email.
I was told take and forward a photograph of the marks. Quite frankly after the episode with the postage I didn’t want to do this, I would most likely have to send them back. Luckily they were for me and not a gift.
A thoroughly unsatisfactory experience, I would not shop there again.

I ordered 4 mugs on 7th June and they arrived safely packaged (all packaging is recyclable) today on the 10th. Everything went smoothly and I couldn't fault anything with this company.
