Order placed 30.9.22, was supposed to ship within10-14 days. Reached out via e-mail, twitter, finally phoned after 17 days had passed with no update or shipping confirmation. No reply. Money of course taken straight away. Will now look into raising a case with paypal. Avoid.

I was a little nervous ordering from here as I’ve never done so before. I ordered a Smeg toaster and it came in less than a week with free shipping, really well packaged and it’s absolutely perfect! Would definitely order from here again. Really good shopping experience and at the best price I could find!

The product is really nice and at a fair price. Very well packaged and protected.

My only issue is that I paid £10 to get it delivered the next day and it was a nightmare. They use DPD. It was days late, promised one day never arrived, no end time provided, then delivered the day after that. That was genuinely frustrating. I would have not paid had I known.

The hessian basket was really lovely . The service was prompt and the delivery instructions followed exactly

Terrible service

I ordered 2 items over 4 weeks ago. There were supposed to arrive in 2-3 days. After about a week I emailed to find out where they were. I was told, a few days later, that I would receive a date shortly. I was then provided with tracking details that did not work. I chased about this a few times and was told that the link might be wrong but the items would be delivered. When I still hadn't heard anything, I followed up again and was provided with a date for delivery. On the date, I was told I would be sent a 3 hour slot. This never came and when I chased, I was told that there had been some error with the delivery service. I was then provided with another date and again told that I would receive at delivery slot. That was today (over 4 weeks later) and I never received a text or response to my emails about why this has not been provided. In addition to the inconvenience of not having the items, the wasted time spent chasing the items, I have also wasted 2 days waiting at home (when I needed to be at work). Totally shambolic company and very disappointing service. I am still waiting for the items.

Silver Mushroom delivered the product in excellent condition and as described on their webpages. I am thoroughly impressed with them and would highly recommend them both in terms of service and quality of goods. The only thing I would say is that the website could be clearer about delivery charges and options which were not made clear until I was about to make the payment so what I thought was the amount I was spending went up by almost ten pounds (£9.95) once I got to the checkout. This delivery charge is far higher than most online retailers.

Great selection of products and a local business too, which I am always keen to support. Very pleased with the purchased product and price, which was competitive. Delivery took slightly longer than originally estimated but arrived well-packaged and without damage.
