Great service, easy to work with and flexible with viewings

I would recommend Simon Miller & Company 100%. I found a property that I wanted to buy, made an offer and was told it had been accepted on the 5th August on the 27th August I exchanged contracts to complete in September. I am so pleased with the efficient service I received and all the staff have been very helpful.

Our experience with Simon Miller was fantastic all round. We mostly dealt with Wasim, who was so helpful, constantly one step ahead and always kept us in the loop. He, and the Simon Miller team went above and beyond for us, in both selling our home and purchasing our next one. We are hoping not to move again, but would 100% recommend Simon Miller to all of our friends and family. We personally wouldn't use anyone else after our experience. I have bought and sold a property on separate occasions with with Simon Miller, with the request that Wasim assist me in my purchase and sale. Overall experience is laughable. Make sure you document all communications with them as they like to bend the truth and deny phone conversations. Photograph everything as evidence and avoid like the plague unless you fancy being left with property issues during winter and bodge job landlords.

We sold our house with SM and to be honest they where brilliant. The move was not at all straight forward and it was very stressful as most moves are .
