It was a tricky start to the process, our first set of buyers were not the most proactive and the lady at SM who initially dealt with our matter was not as proactive either. However, after our first buyers pulled out Kelly was very quick to pick things up and, knowing our purchaser was placing a lot of pressure on completing quickly, as well as the added pressure of our mortgage deadline, Kelly swiftly secured a second buyer. Matters vastly improved when Kelly took over! She was on the ball, and very proactive, chasing up our buyers, their buyers, the various solicitors in the chain and also helping me chase our managing agents/developer for information. I would not hesitate to recommend Kelly at SM. She did an amazing job getting everything in place before the deadline. Shoutout to Tony as well who I know was diligently working away in the background for us as well, and whenever Kelly wasn't available he would be there to do whatever needed to be done. Both of them are clearly very knowledgeable and experienced - a great team. Thank you so much!

Having bought and sold many times over the years, I can honestly say this (we dealt with Andrew at the Larkfield branch) has been the worst experience of any estate agent I have ever dealt with (and there have been many brilliant ones!). My advice would be to take the sales pitch to get the instruction with a (massive) pinch of salt - so much of the service described wasn't subsequently delivered. And, if you are making offers on properties through them, be very wary as they openly share the names, contact details, budget and offers made (in my experience going back three years!), as part of getting people to market properties with them (and yes, I have the evidence and am sharing it with the ICO). Never again!

From our first meeting with Tony we were sure that we would sell our home through Simon Miller, he is a very down to earth guy who we could tell had a wealth of knowledge of the area. Our home is on a very popular estate and we had a buyer secured within a couple of weeks. The team then worked tirelessly to find us a property which ticked all of our boxes and trust me there were many! After viewing around 4 different properties, they struck gold, finding us a perfect family home before it had even gone live on the market! We put in an offer and it was quickly accepted.

Unfortunately our original buyers pulled out but the team were quick to get our house back out there on the market and it was sold again in 2 weeks, they even managed to ensure our purchase didn't fall through which we will be forever grateful for.

It was then a gruelling 4/5 months for all involved but especially Kelly, having to deal with an incompetent solicitor. Kelly spent hours of her time emailing, calling, trying to ensure that nothing fell through and that progress could be made. It was a long and stressful journey for us but ultimately I do feel it could've been 10x worse had it not been for the work and service that Kelly and the Larkfield team provided.

We are happy and settled in our new home and it is all thanks to Simon Miller, thanks a million.

The agents patiently showed me around many properties until I found exactly the right one. They were polite and helpful on phone and kept me update as the sale progressed.

Having recently returned from overseas, i have to say i was completely out of touch with current processes and procedures associated with purchasing a house, added to this had to jump through various hoops for money laundering processes for overseas money.
And this is where i must thank Jeremy, Wasim, Gemma and the rest of the team at Simon Miller for not only their expertise, but the ability to go that extra mile to make it all happen for me.
Without question i would unreservedly recommend this team to anyone who wishes to have a stress free sale or purchase.

The Maidstone team at Simon Miller were great in helping us with our recent house move to our dream home.

The main thing that stood out was the seamless transition between the team. This included the first valuation with Simon, then Paige and Elliot viewing our property so they’d be well positioned to market our house for prospective buyers, Wasim taking over the negotiation and day to day management of the process, followed by Liberty-Mai and Gemma handling the communication with our vendors/purchasers.

We ended up selling and buying with Simon Miller as the Estate Agent on both sides and confident they managed to get a fair price for all parties involved.

With so many moving parts we felt they did a great job in overseeing everything to a positive conclusion and were crucial in getting the exchange of contracts sorted within a tight deadline.

We would happily recommend the team!

My experience selling with them was that they were very good up to and during the sale date. Very efficient, prompt, and responsive. They sold the property on the sales day which is exactly what we wanted. We sold at asking price.

They did allow non-progressable people to view the property, even those that weren't even on the market.

Thought the sales progression was average at best. The online Property Portal is still out of date, even the day prior to completion it shows that only 50% of the sales process is completed, and that contract submissions are outstanding. But we got there in the end.

Team are all friendly and helpful.

We previously were going to sell but had to pull out so our house details were already with Simon Miller. One year later we saw a house on the market with Simon Miller. We viewed and then very next day Wasim came to us and we re-signed a new contract. Half an hour later, a couple came to view and put in an offer for the full asking price.

Throughout our dealings with Simon Miller, I can honestly say that ALL staff I spoke to or met were professional, helpful, friendly and efficient. They kept us up to date with the progress, often ahead of our solicitors, and guided us through the process.

I have to say from the outset that Sandra in the lettings team was absolutely brilliant, showing me around and dealing with the negotiations. However, Dipika and Lyndsey in the property management team have been unprofessional and unsupportive of us the tenants in our home. We have had ongoing issues from the beginning of our tenancy and nothing is ever chased up, phone calls are not returned and we really are not looked after at all. Our landlord insists on doing the maintenance himself when he clearly has no time and unfortunately only lives 2 doors down from us. The agency do not check in on us or see how things are progressing. We signed a new lease on the understanding that issues would be resolved but have had to push everything along - and still no resolution - avoid properties managed by Simon Millar

Excellent service at all times from Wasim & his team. Wasim has found us the house of our dreams. We were quite specific with our new home requirements & he nailed it perfectly. Good communication with our solicitor at all times. We'll done!
