Online purchase and shipping was easy and efficient. Products arrived as expected. Throughout 2 months of use products have performed well.

Absolutely disappointed with the company!! I ordered a product on 14 Okt 19. The packet returned back because the shipping address was not correct. Finally the package stuck to the Zürich customs since 23/10/2019, 13:00:00. I claimed to the company and the reply is that the product is not back to them. Yes, but i have paid, and i dont have the product since 14 Okt 19. How difficult is it for the company to find out what is going on and the product is stuck to the customs? Where is your interest????

I am very satisfied by SIMORE products. That is what in needed. The device is working steady and properly. It very clever to design additional TWO Sim Cards device.

There are to small remarks. First, software has to small signs of SIM Number.

Second, plastic case for iPhone 7 is very slippery and plastic is too fragile. Two corners have been broken during the first month of utilisation, and there were no falls of the device.

Useless , sent me a faulty dual sim slot , which never fitted in my original slot and then finally the paper thin Cabel snapped on installation itself . And the company response as a solution seemed to be a 10€ discount for a faulty 46€ product , so they expect me spend another around 30€ to get cheated once again. Height of shamelessness . That’s the reason they don’t accept Paypal or other such payment gateways as they know that the customer will be protected and their money would be refunded always.Beware all useless products.

Simore has high quality products. Although sometimes the SIM switching hangs up and I need to restart the phone, it represents a good multi-SIM solution.

Simore has been my preferred loyal choice for their products for a very long time now. I have been using the appropriate multiple sim based solutions for my iPhone and I have always been very happy with their products which have become increasingly well defined over this stretch of time. Well done guys! Keep it up and I will always be an ardent supporter of your products and your support.

The band holding the SIM card and the adapter together ripped in half the first time I took my cover off my phone. Super thin super weak material. Only used it for about three weeks

I would have given not even a single star, but this website needs it as a mandatory field. I did purchase this product on June 2019 and I did raise a complaint that it is not working and signal is not being received and still today I didn't get any resolution, now they just came up with a resolution that I need to mail it to the office with my shipping cost and they would then go ahead with looking for the issue. It has been 5 months since my purchase. I have requested for the shipping label. It has almost screwed my sim tray altogether

Simore dual sim card thing is useful, but very limited.
I can switch between sim cards, but the auto-switch function is deeply flawed. If you select it, it will constantly (like every 10 minutes) switch the focused SIM card. This a PROBLEM because a SIM card switch forces a phone reboot. This makes it impossible to use. If Simore had put a bit more investment into the feature, that would allow a true dual sim feature instead of this flawed design.

Hopefully Simore will revisit the design and produce a new version. I would then be willing to revisit this review and amend it.

Absolutely shameful company.

Sent me a faulty sim adapter, claimed I damaged it and are refusing to refund. They offered me 5€ discount to repurchase the same product!

This is not a solution for anyone looking to switch between SIM cards!

The switch over sometimes doesn't work. I have to re-boot the phone in order for it to be effective.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately it is not available in Mauritius and I bought it online. Je le recommande chaudement. Excellent device,awesome seller. Bravo.

Three things needs addressing to get the fifth star
1- Once connected to the phone the product is extremely fragile it can be severed easily while putting the back cover.
2- When replacing the name on each sim card I can only change one sim name and no more .
3- I can not receive any calls from the other sims only from the one I select as the default

I am a Belgian customer. This means that quite a few customs costs still had to be paid. Not the fault of SIMORE but they can perhaps point out to their customers that this extra cost is being added for people from outside Switzerland. Furthermore, the manual can also be clearer and more extensive. In the beginning I had to search quite a bit to be able to connect onto the device. Also the translations in the app are not always entirely correct. The device itself, the "Dual SIM adapter
DualSIM @ home" for iPhone has 2 SIM slots. 1 of the 2 slots loses very regular the connection, so I frequently get the message that I have a missed conversation. But also good things of course, the app ensures a good integration in iPhone. The ringtones and contacts are taken over and even calling with BT car kit is possible. In general the device does what was promised and what I needed it for.

Great product. Signal gets lost at times. But overall as a backup, works perfectly.
