Dual SIM for iOS which works

Almost perfect solution for Dual SIM in iOS (for iPhones).
VoIP works very good. When LTE data connection / WiFi fails you may have problems with connection. But in 99% no problems.
Worth the money spend for it.
Some improvements for application will be nice.

Needed a second sim for my iPhone 7+…

Needed a second sim for my iPhone 7+ and after some research found Simore, a little expensive, but Swiss Engineered. Very pleased with my decision product works extremely well. Had an issue after 7 months with lack of “handshake” contacted Simore by email and got a prompt reply which solved the issue (which was probably my fault).
In my opinion the best judgement of a company is how do they respond when something goes wrong, in Simore’s case, exceptionally well.
I would highly recommend them to any one who requires more than one SIM card on their phone.

The DualSIM@home works OK most of the…

The DualSIM@home works OK most of the time but there are some big complications:
-There is a delay when calling , it is like a second slower if you would call with a normal simcard.
-Sometimes the connection fails for 2-3hours , this has nothing to do with my internet connection because my other devices with internet connection stay online the whole time.
-Also a loss of dataquality , the calls don't sound as good as a normal phonecall with my smartphone.

I am dissapointed that the product doesnt work as promised on the website.

Living not anywhere near the simore…

Living not anywhere near the simore headquarters and having unreliable postage in my area, I made an expense to get more order expedited to me. When I arrived, the packaging was very impressive as I had seen on the website the products and marketing is very impressive for simore. So as you can imagine i was excited to get using my dual sim adapter in my iphone.

However, following the instructional video indicating how to insert the adapter and other sim cards, my phone was not responding and would only say "Enter sim card". I emailed the support line, they asked me to confirm how I was inserting and to send a photo. After troubleshooting they said I would need to send the sim adapter back for checking...not ideal considering the expense I just made to get expedited shipping. I asked if there was a way they would provide a return bag, or some kind of support for returning the item, as the postage in my area is very unreliable. They said they are not able to.

So now I have a useless product and simore are waiting for me to send my product back, which I have to do the next time I travel away. There was no additional support beyond this and it was a really disappointing experience. I usually shop online and have had good support from other sites with regards to returns for this, even if it's just a return bag, the sellers I have dealt with work to help a lot more than my experience with Simore. The downside to simore is it's an international company, therefore, your countries consumer laws are not enforceable with your transactions.

My advice if you're looking for a sim card adapter- use simores website to decide, then source a elsewhere.

Lack of meaningful information

Lack of meaningful information is my problem. The concepts are good. The availability of meaningful and helpful information is poor.

It seems to be a common theme on this page that Simore need to address.

Based on the information I could glean from the site and video, I bought a Speed ZX 4. It works, but does not function as I thought and wanted. Plainly there was no useful information available to assist purchasing the correct product. I then spent about 4 hours trying to get it to work as I expected, finally to realise it was working properly, but not according to my expectations, which it was not capable of doing.

Now my dilemma is whether to risk buying another product (DualSIM@home) which may do what I want, or buy a cheap 4 Sim Chinese phone. The prices are about the same.

Simore, you may not have a problem with customers wanting to return items if you provided adequate information to enable them to select and buy the appropriate product.

In summary, a disappointing transaction. An outcome that appears a common theme on the feedback from others, which needs to be passed to management, NOT the Research and Development department.

My experience with Huawei P Smart 2019

I recently ordered and received an X-Extender 2. However, it was defective, the reason was unknown, but there may have been delivery damage. I reported the problem to Simore. After a few days of correspondence, they told me to provide them with a faulty adapter to have it checked, which I did. After a short time, they acted very correctly and professionally, and they provided me with a new X-Extender 2. The new adapter immediately worked and fully met all my expectations.

The Simore Sim Adapter is a waste

The Simore Sim Adapter is a waste. It does not work. There are no instructions and when I go to the website to submit an inquiry it sent me into a loop of misinformation and never allowed me to ask or report anything. Apparently an account was created but when I try to access it forces me to reset my password which never happens. Again another dead end loop. I have a Samsung A40 with dual sim slots. I need to add a third Sim. I bought a dual Sim adapter. It goes in perfectly but then nothing. I have no way to guess what the Sim Card tool kit means or how to make changes. No directions came with the adapter. I tried to figure out which card was reading or not and after hours of guess work gave up. In the end I have one Sim card in the phone working and one in one of two slots in the adapter working which is what I have internally already. Terrible customer service. Nothing explained and I had to pay customs fees in Germany to receive junk.

Works well, but the app could be improved

So far it has been working well for a single SIM card. I tried a second one and it would try to use a forbidden carrier network. The application should allow to manually set the carrier in these cases where the correct one isn't chosen automatically.

There is no return option, better to by cheap and return if is not working than buy priced and get stuck.

Im really disappointed about the purchase I've done.
There is no return option so I suggest you to by a chinese thing that will cost you 5 time less but at least if is not working you can return it. With Simore you pay and when is done i done. no way back.

I do not want to discuss the quality of the product that i'm pretty sure is in line with the competitors neither the after sale customer service that is well trained, but I do think that for the extra price I've paid for a Switzerland supplied product I do pretend the possibility to return without a blink.
Because bear in mind all the bad review you are reading here 38% can be easily turned in a happy customer with a wise return policy.
