Product does not work as advertised. Worked with their tech support for over three months. Was told to return ship the product to them at my expense. Tech support will take time, but no help will be provided. Eventually, it's too late to go back to your credit card company and SIMore support will stop replying to your messages. Next: They tell you to return the item to them, and assign a zero dollar value for customs, as it is a damaged item. Then, you can't get shipping insurance (you just declared zero value). Finally, US Mail does not provide tracking outside of the United States. My local Post Office said it may be provided, but there is no tracking agreement/commitment with the Swiss Post, so they don't recommend it. They claim they did not recieve my item.
Works out nicely for SIMore, and there is nothing you can do about it. I provided proof of shipment, and just kept being told they hadn't recieved it (6 months ago).

They sent me the correct unit that I ordered.
Arrived relatively fast which was a nice surprise.
I followed the instructions on the video, installed it and it did not work.
I turned my phone off and tried it a second time.
Still did not work.
I messaged them and they said it was may fault. I had broken it.
Like what? How do they just assume that.
And therefore they would not send me a replacement.
Don't buy from these guys.
And they don't do refunds. What???

Good product but ..
It's a very good product and definitely does what it says it does.
But it doesn't do what I thought it will do, and that is to have both sim's active at the same time so I can get calls or texts on the inactive sim also(if I am mistaken and there is an option that I don't know about, I am sorry) but as far as I know, there wasn't any.
Good product, great quality, arrived fast even tho I am in Canada but sadly for me I don't use it now.

I bought the DaulSIM@home for my iPhone SE. I have my French Sim in the phone, UK sim in the Simore. Every call cuts out intermittently, either I can’t hear the caller or they can’t hear me. So I either call back on the French sim, costing more, or It ext that I will call from my landline. And the other really irritating thing is that at the end of the call the phone makes a beep. I have always turned all sound notifications, yet the SimPlus app is the only one making any sound .... and at the END of the call. Who needs such a sound? It is ridiculous... I am disappointed with this expensive product

I purchased sim@home and received a package today, for some reason I need to pay 48 euros to receive the package from the douane.
Let it be a warning for other customers, you might end up with an extra invoice of 48 euros ont top of your other invoice if you live in Europe
This is because Switserland is not in Europe.

This is definitely working device, very useful in case you travel abroad. Battery in my case usually last for week. The only disadvantage I mentioned is application for iOS, unfortunately it is outdated, doesn't report battery status in "battery" widget (in case device discharged you won't know it). However compare to other devices this is probably the best one.

I previously had the 4 SIM version and it worked perfectly for 18 months, then suddenly stopped. I am guessing that the flexible connection broke.
I purchased the 2 SIM version as a replacement, but it has a problem. #22 works fine l, but #11 does not. I have to go into#99 menu to change to SIM 1

I've been using different adaptors throughout the years and I am very happy with products.
I would highly recommend them to any one who requires more than one SIM card on their phone.

Very happy with their products and service. I've been using different adaptors throughout the years and all worked as advertised.
When I switched one of my serivce providers from AT&T to Google Fi, my Speed X-Four 11 Pro was giving me errors when I inserted my Google Fi SIM. Long story short, customer service was very quick to respond to my inquiry and sent me a replacement (I asked for a Speed Xi-Twin instead and they complied) which worked like a charm :) :)

I have the mobile E-clips gold and the dual sim home that attaches to your wifi router.
The e-clips gold works beautifully.
The dual sim home I had issues with, minor issues, but the only thing that may be an inconvenience is that to rebind the device to the app on your mobile phone you need to be near the dual sim home.
So if you are in another country and you need to rebind/reconnect, after having connection issue, it doesn't seem possible.
I'm still working with it so I can't say definitely that there is no workaround for it, but all in all they are both excellent devices/technology which I can appreciate.
