This is a waste of your money. If you decided. to purchase it, DON'T.
It DOES NOT work AT ALL. 99% of the description they wrote is not true.
Their support service SUCKS. They keep telling me to check the manual and they don't help at all. I keep sending them the problems I'm facing and they have no answer to my problems.
EDIT: As a reply to your unmeaningful comment.Your brilliant customer service reply with basic answers that do not help me with anything. I keep telling them that their suggestions do not work and they ignore what I'm saying. NONE OF the SOLUTIONS that they gave me worked. I bought a Speed X-Four 6S Plus for iPhone. The setup is easy, just to plug-in and it works. Also the switiching between the SIM-cards is fast, all networks were recognized - the adpater worked as promised. BUT the adapter has a real issue in quality with the flat ribbon cable. After 8 months of usage the cable was broken (better: cut as with a scissors) at the narrow pitch between the phone-metalic-case and the metalic SIM-slot-adapter, I see either there is not enough space for such a cable or the cable is not robust enough. The reaction by SIMORE on my quality complain was, that such damage would be excluded of the guarantee (''Warranty does not apply for damages caused by misuse.. ...when pins or connectors are damaged, cracked, missing or broken,...'') - I have asked SIMORE how I could have ''misused'' the product as I exactly used it that way they show in their videos. SIMORE did not (or maybe even could not) explain how I would have misued the product and offered instead a 10€ voucher to buy a new adapter...but I am really afraid the next adpater will have the same mechanical issue and when using as suggested by SIMORE you have it even ''misused''... I will never buy such an adapter from SIMORE again, it works really cool from electronical point-of-view but has an unacceptable problem in mechanical design (flat band cable connector to phone) which SIMORE even excludes from their guarantee/warranty and even telling I would have misused the product.

As for the product, 12 out of 10!! Brilliant innovation, design and ease of install. My only issue was the COVID related poor delivery to a remote part of Australia.. Our remoteness really is enhanced by the ability of the SIMore to allow switching between networks, auto, manual or how I want. Otherwise with cells sometimes over 500 Km apart without pulling your phone apart to change SIM's. An excellent product which I will now be testing over some 4,000 Km's in the remote Outback of Australia that I am about to undertake.

I purchased a ZX-Twin Nano SIM for my Samsung S9+ as advertised and that is compatible. I recevied it one month later and doesn't work at all and even not suitable. I called the customer support and I've been told to send a photo of the product and then ship it to them. I shipped the product back to them and 2 months later they keep telling me that they didn't receive the product ... Now I don't have any adapter neither my money back ... I will never do business with them. That was the first time I tried not purchasing from Amazon and I got a lesson learned. ! Definitely very bad experience ....
I'm desperatly writing this review one year later since my purchase was on summer'19.

I purchased the DualSim@home adapter with high hopes of being able to use my two USA mobile lines and a UK mobile line on the same phone, rather than carrying 3 iPhones. All of Simore's website and product videos talk about how it's compatible with all iPhones. I asked questions before purchasing and was assured the device would work with my iPhone SE2 or iPhone 11Pro so long as it was connected to the Internet. Never was there any discussion of which carrier I use or even a hint the product might not work with any major cell phone provider.
I received and set up the device per instructions and keeping Verizon Line 1 in my iPhone 11 Pro, I placed the sim for Verizon Line 2 in the device. It failed to recognize the sim and failed to function. Multiple rounds of emails with Simore tech support followed. I was able to get the device to work with a TruPhone sim, my UK provider, but it never worked with the Verizon sim. Because the Verizon sim is a number I use routinely and the TruPhone UK number I use rarely, I feel the device is unsatisfactory, and does not perform as advertised, so I asked to return it for a refund. Never at any time did Simore suggest there could be a carrier issue, UNTIL, I asked to return the unit for a refund. Then they replied that because their technical specifications state what band frequencies the device works with, and apparently Verizon doesn't work on those bands, they've refused any return, saying returns are only accepted for "defective" equipment. This is not a $10 throw away adapter, it is a $100 piece of technology!
Buyer BEWARE - do your homework and be certain your carrier will work on the bands specified in Simore's fine print BEFORE you purchase.

I purchased a 4 sim adapter from SIMore on 16th July 2020, which I received within a week. It works great, thanks to the SIMore Team.
I can now use any of my four sim cards with my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra phone, without having to do an inconvenient sim card swap.

Very disappointing costumer service, not able to deliver the promises services.
The setup was very easy, connected ok. But when testing the sms, only letters and numbers is coming through. If using emoji's they then no sms comes at all. The answer to that complaint was " Emojis not supported" The description tells nothing of that, and to my supprice sometimes they do come through, but if this is a guessing game, then its unreliable, thus useless.
Emoji's is just letter-combination, not small picture. The worst thing is that nothing comes through, thus making the Simore unreliable. When asking for a refund, im just ignored.

I bought a simhome unit from Simore but I have not been able configure my Samsung note 10 plus 5G to use mobile data. When on Wifi I can access my other sim cards but when am out and about, I can not use the mobile data.

I'm not sure if someone had a similar problem, but I bought a dual sim adapter from another company that didn't work (issues with fitting). After countless of troubleshooting, I was ready to give up on it because nothing was working. I then stumbled upon Simore and decided gave it a try. My reasoning behind this is because they seem to be one of (if not) the largest company who specializes in these adapters, so I'm guessing a lot of people are using this brand. I'm glad I did because it ended up working just fine.

I purchased their multi Sim product with Case on 03/04/2020, they shipped it on the 06/04/2020. It arrived on the 11/04/2020 and I fitted everything immediately. I could not get the adapter to use the unlimited data on one of my SIMs. I wrote asking for help which came on ticket #19114 two days later. The advice did not help so I asked for more assistance on 16/04/2020. I felt at this stage they were treating me rather casually. New advice arrived two days later on 17/04/2020. It did not help either. I asked them how to change a PIN number because I had changed a SIM but they did not answer the question in any useful way. This sort of useless advice kept up until 12/05/2020 since when there has been no response. I have advised them I am not going away and apparently they do not care if there is a bad review. I have kept a full record of all textual conversations and will email it to anybody who can help. I do NOT like this Firm. Today is 28/05/2020. Still waiting....

Very bad experience one device I received two months ago signal broken not working properly.
Then I said to return or refund they didn’t give me good response.
2nd time I ordered as they said good quality. It’s up to 1 month but could not reach on my place they always said we are try to find you device or tracking your device . But still not responding

Shipping and delivery is very fast. I installed Speed ZX- triple nano sim adapter in my Sony Xperia XZ3. Sim board fitted between the camera and fingerprint sensor. It did not interfere with wireless charging. All phone functions are working normally. Switching sims is just 2 clicks away; no need to deal with physical sims anymore. Simore adapters are good, but pricey.
