Called up to book a viewing and assistance from James, was so clear, easy and straightforward

James was incredibly helpful in finding us a rental property and guiding us through the initial application. He was responsive, professional, and made the whole process much easier. We appreciated his support and would happily recommend him to others.

Spoke with James today who was kind and considerate on the call. He also provided enough information to assist me in my search.

My new home is beautiful and everything we expected. All staff i dealt with were very nice and helpful and nothing was to much trouble.

Just applied to rent a house in Middlesbrough and the application process was smooth and straightforward.

Whenever I ring James is always so helpful and answers the phone quickly. When we met with Imogen at the property she was amazing too. Looking forward to renting with simple life because of these two!

My only downside is that you have to go through enquiries line to get information otherwise you’re on hold for over an hour.

So far the services is not bad first time dealing with simple life and so far so good. I can give proper review when everything is over.

Really nice chat with Charlotte on the phone really helpful advising for listings narrowed down a few good options i’m interested in pursuing.

Matthew recently visited my property to do an inspection he was amazing went above and beyond to answer all my questions. And if he’s ever passing by and sees me outside always checks to see if everything is ok.

Just finished having our ID checks completed and we'll be waiting on our move in date. Really looking forward to moving into this home it's beautiful. A Big BIG thank you to Rachel who showed me around the homes, she's been absolutely brilliant and she's helped us so much with all the questions I have asked.. staff on the other end of the phones were lovely and helpful, would have been 5 stars but the waiting time on the phone is so so long and the app needs more work.. good experience up to yet though
