I am disappointed with the sizes of the dress. My size is a medium. I ordered a medium in 1 dress and a large in another dress because large was the only size they had left. The medium fits but not the large. I cannot return it because it was a clearance item. I am disappointed with the services and will not order from your store anymore.

The sizes were ridiciculous
The sizes were ridiciculous, not standard sizing at all. Ran extremely small. I normally have no trouble with standard plus size cllothing, but in this case it was almost laughable how small the dress I recieved actually was.

For example, this designer's 3XLarge is equivalent to their size 16. Most people will wear a larger size in formal dresses than casual clothing. Dresses are of very good quality and they offer a very large variety. Orders ship and arrive quickly. Great customer service and return policy.
I wish they could offer more help giving guidance on finding the right size but at the same time I understand they have to be careful making recommendations ...people can easily try to use that against them for returns.....
One thing I don't like is that they advertise a lot of dresses that aren't available for sale yet....I know cause I fell in love with many of them and was greatly disappointed seeing that I couldn't have them until 2 months after my event. Overall highly recommended site!

They claim that they have plus sizes up to 3X. I'm a size 18 which is normally is an XL or 1X. I couldn't even zipper up the 3X.

Sizing is WAY off
Sizing is WAY off. Ordered a large for my 18 year old daughter. It was only 2" wider than my 8 year old nieces dress. Wasted money because I had to pay to ship it back.
