This company had the EXACT frames that I needed to replace my broken ones - I thought I was going to be out of luck, but simplyeyeglasses was my hero! They called me personally to help with my order, which arrived so very fast. Simplyeyeglasses has won me over!

Cindy was extremely helpful and personally called me before cancelling my order to let me know a product was no longer available and to give me an option to modify it. I called back and got ahold of Cindy quick and order revision emailed to me within minutes, amazing customer service! I also appreciate the shipper being named when selecting options since I live in a rural area and only can use a PO box for USPS. A+++

I ordered Kate Young eyeglasses K309 with order number yhst-81762675697510-100357. I paid $136.87 but I was surprised that my order was cancelled. It says in their email that the product is no longer available. I already sent an email 2x but I have not received any response. They should have contacted me for refund or any eyeglasses frame replacement since I badly needed the frame.

I purchased glasses from Simply Eyeglasses that advertises themselves as a direct to consumer store but when I received the glasses they were not wearable as the logo was etched into the center of the lens. When I contacted customer service I was told I could return them less shipping and a $10 fee plus the cost of my own return shipping because “You purchased the frame only which comes directly from the manufacturer with the manufacturers demo lenses just like the frames you would see at an optical to try on frames.” The description and picture did not mention this at all nor was customer service able to show me where it was noted (because it’s not). Do not sell glasses fit only for an optometrist to an individual customer…you know better

A big thank you to Allison for helping me get everything just right! I have an odd prescription formally thought to be only filled by a local store but Simplyeyeglasses got it done in just two tries (much better record than the locals) at half the cost.

This was my second order in three years from Simply Eyeglasses. They have the Silhouette rimless frames that I like. I need separate distance, computer, and reading glasses. I sent them my latest prescription, the correct pupil distance for right and left eyes, along with two frames that had the older prescription. I also ordered a new pair of Silhouette frames. I ordered the Trivex lenses with the hardest, clearest coating. Also, I asked that the edges of the lenses not be polished to avoid glare on the edges. Cindy and Allison were very helpful on the phone. They sent the finished eyeglasses when promised via USPS Priority Mail. Each of the three eyeglasses are perfect. I highly recommend this company. Just make sure you can send them an accurate pupil distance for each eye. (Don't assume your pupils are equidistant from your nose.)

This place EXCEEDED my expectations (and my expectations were not low because I knew exactly what I wanted). I ordered a frame with prescription glasses and antiglare and transition coatings. The frame was not sold on other sites or brick and mortar stores anymore but I really, really wanted that specific frame. SimplyEyeglasses was THE ONLY ONE that was able to get an almost discontinued model directly from the manufacturer. They already started working on the lenses before the frame arrived, so the day the frame arrived the lens master/technician put the frame and lenses together and shipped it out that same day. I was blown away for several reasons: a) the fastest I ever gotten prescription glasses, b) they got me a frame nobody else could get me, c) Allison and Cindy that do the customer care phone service are phenomenal; they keep their promises and were very transparent throughout the process, d) their price was lower compared to other online competitors.
As soon as I received my pair of prescription glasses I immediately ordered another pair and they will have me as a customer forever! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these professionals!

Just received my prescription Ray-Bans today and am very happy with them....I had ordered the wrong frames and called customer service and they fixed my mistake and got my order correct...Was able to get ahold of customer service very easy...Customer service was great and new what to do and was very helpful....I have ordered from Simply Eyeglasses before will recommend to all my friends...

I do not write reviews ever but this company deserves one. The service was amazing the glasses were amazing and they changed my life for the better. Don’t be afraid to order online. They make sure they get you right. I have had 3 sets of progressive glasses from optometrist offices. Every one has had to change out a lense or readjust the glasses and eventually iam so stressed from the process I give up and struggle with readers from Walmart to get by. Iam 55 and my vision is now more effected then just reading and computer. I got my last set of progressive glasses again from the optometrist. Again adjust and had to redo lense. Frustration resumed as I still could see correctly. I lost them 2 month after getting them. Yaay for me because it finally pushed me to take my prescription and order online. When I got my glasses from this simplyglasses I sure didn’t expect for them to be impressive but let me tell you I could see. And I wear them all the time. I’m not twisting my head and killing my neck to see my computer through the right part. They fit they are amazing and have changed my daily life. Sounds like a lot but if you have had the struggle I have had you would understand. Everyone else just said I had problem eyes. Nope I don’t just needed glasses made the correct way. I found a pair of frames I liked on another website, but SimplyEyeglasses didn't have them on their site. I emailed customer service and Cindy said they could get them for me from the manufacturer. I wanted to use SimplyEyeglasses because my daughter had a good experience with them. I called them the next day and Cindy patiently ordered the frames and my new lenses, and she waited while I emailed my prescription and made sure she had all the info they needed. I received my new glasses in 2 weeks and I love them. They're perfect. This company's customer service is the best.

Repeat client. Wonderful service center. Called me to inform me a part was broken on my frames (they are old, and preferred). I authorized a new part and repair, and have my fabulous glasses again! highly recommend this provider, based on my successful transactions and the quality of the work received. A+

For some reason theres been an issue with my lenses twice, where theyre weird to see out of. On the bright side returns are easy.
(There is a return fee and return shipping fee but I just downgraded to cheaper lenses to make up for the difference in cost.) I picked frames that were too small too, so part of it is my fault, I may have messed up the pupil distance too which would make a difference in small frames, but when I got them again in a bigger size (by a couple mm) there was still an issue with the left lens being strange, sending them back again and they gave me a free label this time. Hope they get it right this time I included a copy of my prescription and my free masshealth glasses I got so they can compare the two and see whats wrong. I do like this companies customer service, they are friendly, American and returns and fixes are easy, its just unfortunate that I had an issue because I didnt want to rate them badly (I also didnt want to return them cuz it seems that would cost the company money), Im sure in the end it will turn out alright. I was confused on how to put the pupil distance. Im nearsighted so I put it in the "near" field but it should have been in the "far" field because its for seeing far. The customer service rep said since its for single vision how you imputted it should make no difference.
Anyways Im not quite sure what the issue is but hope it will be ok in the end maybe my frames are just too small.

I recently bought eyeglasses from SimplyEyeglasses.com for the first time. I was very impressed. They did a beautiful job on my new glasses, which were also very reasonably priced. Their customer service is outstanding, as well. Allison went above and beyond for me, for which I am eternally grateful. I will definitely be a return customer.

First, SimplyEyeglasses is the source for the highest quality eyeglasses: Silhouette etc. frames, hi-tech lenses. Prices are good.
Second, their service is personal and friendly. I fell mountain climbing, broke glasses. Got a new pair, best glasses ever, super clear vision. Puppy chews them up. I call SE, they send a new pair rush (one week!!!), no charge for my high end expensive lens, covered under "scratch warranty. Fantastic.

I have Silhouette frames that I have worn for 3 years because I love them. When my prescription changed I wanted to put the new rx in the same Silhouette frame which my local Eye Care Center did not have. I found them online at SimplyEyegalsses.com. but after placing the order they called and said they had been discontinued. But Allison did not give up! She called the manufacturer and found the frame I wanted in Austria where they are made. She was able to find the exact frame in the new color I wanted as well as getting me the exact frame color I have been wearing since 2018! I received them today and only had to wait about 3 weeks! I am beyond grateful and so happy to find a company who will put their customers first!! Thank You Simply Eyeglasses!!

Purchased a pair of progressive glasses and they turned out to be exceptional!. They fit perfectly and the Kodak DS lens are noticeably better than any glasses I've owned during the past 25 yrs of wearing glasses. Trust Cindy and Allison! What A Great Eyeglass Company

In the past I have always bought my eye glasses locally. The last time I had them made they just didn't seem right but I lived with them. When it came time to get a new pair I looked around on the web at a lot of different online places. Simply Eyeglasses caught my eye because they are an accredited business with the BBB. A big plus for me. None of the others had that. My prescription had not changed from the the last time I had been to the eye doctor but I needed new frames. I sent my order to them and when I received my glasses I just said “Wow” what a difference they made and how much better I can see. I Love my new glasses. Simply Eyeglasses has my business from now on and I will highly recommend them to anyone that needs glasses. Their prices were one third of what they were locally too.
