There are many websites you can order glasses frames from, but this is one of the few with a Better Business Bureau rating of A+. I ordered two frames from them and they came perfectly packaged and on time. Additionally, the price of the frames I bought was equal to or lower than the price listed on any other website. Overall, I've found SimplyEyeglasses.com to be a trustworthy and reliable business.

I just purchased three pairs of eyeglasses from Simply Eyeglasses. I got one pair of progressives for normal use, one pair of progressive sunglasses and one pair of all-magnified lenses for working on computer screens. No more painful, crooked neck from working on the computer!

I like the polycarbonate while riding my Harley. One hazard of motorcycling is rocks being thrown at extremely high speeds from the tires of other vehicles. Polycarbonate gives me more safety at a good price.

Simply Eyeglasses set me up with a beautiful pair of prescription sunglasses that not only have progressive lenses but my sunglasses are polarized as well. The Polarized lenses are fantastic with brilliant colors otherwise unseen. The progressive lenses allow me to see the road as well as my gauges.

My eyeglasses broke just after the "stay-at-home" order was issued. I was unable to visit my local optometrist so I crossed my fingers and ordered online from SimplyEyeglasses.com. I am on my 4th pair of glasses from SimplyEyeglasses. The first 3 pair I wore for about 5 years. I recently got a new scrip and had Simply put new lens in one of my old frames. They did an excellent job and the glasses were spot on right out of the package. Can't ask for anything more and the price is right.

I was looking for a specific frame to replace one I had broken. The place I had purchased them from said they were discontinued. I contacted 3 or 4 other online retailers and was told they weren't available. I finally found SimplyEyeglasses.com and sent an email asking if my specific frames were available. I got a message back saying they were out of stock, but asked why I was looking fit that particular frame. I replied with my rather embarrassing story about how I had broken my frames by trying to adjust them myself and I wanted to replace them so I didn't have to buy new lenses also. The rep I was speaking with contacted the sales rep for the manufacturer and found that she actually had the exact frames I needed. I was able to place my order and save myself several hundred dollars.
3 or 4 other companies had the chance to help me, and none of them gave any effort. The service I received here was beyond exceptional. I will most certainly be using SimplyEyeglasses.com again, and will recommend it to family and friends.

I ordered new lenses to go on my existing frames. I wasn't confident in my PD measurement, so I included a note on my order requesting SE to determine the PD from my old glasses, and use that if it was different. It worked great. I received my new glasses in the mail 2 weeks after ordering, and they are perfect. These are progressive no-line bifocals so I was a little concerned it might not work out. The optometrist was going to charge $500 just for the new lenses and I got them from SE for only $125. I luckily had an older pair that was good enough to wear for the 2 weeks I had to wait, but it was well worth saving hundreds of dollars. Definitely glad I gave this a try.

Nice selection of lens options and reasonable pricing. However, with exceptionally lengthy fulfillment time and non-existent quality control, order at your own peril. After two attempts to remake lenses due to their error, I had to give up in frustration.

The Rx sunglasses are great, they look great on ! This is the 3rd pair of sunglasses I bought from SimplyEyeglasses, and as always not disappointed. You can't beat their prices !

I purchased from SimplyEyeglasses.com about year ago based on their good reviews. Their customer service was great and my order came as expected. Recently, the glasses broke and their customer service was fantastic at helping me get them fixed. Will definitely order from again!

Simply Eyeglasses was excellent in all respects. Fast service, excellent price and they even replaced one of the lens twice because my eye doctors got the prescription wrong to begin with. When I received the glasses in the mail, I noticed that the left eye's vision was a bit blurry. I went back to my eye doctors and they verified the lens was correctly built according to the prescription the doctors had given me. The doctors checked the eyes again and came up with a different prescription for the left eye. Simply Eyeglasses replaced that lens at no charge to me. When I received the second pair of glass, the left eye's vision was still a bit blurry. I had it checked again by my eye doctors and they came up with yet another prescription for the left eye. Simply eyeglasses replaced the left lens again at no charge to me. Now I have pair that works perfectly, all at the original price. Thanks to Simply Eyeglasses for sticking with me.

Outstanding! After a terrible experience with a different online resource, I ordered glasses from Simply Eyeglasses. Their customer service was outstanding. When I told them about the trouble I had had with the other company, they went out of their way to help out by putting my order in priority status. Communication was constant throughout the processing period, the order shipped quickly, and the product was good quality.

My first experience ordering glasses online and it was well worth it. I had to replace my daughters eyeglasses quickly before heading out on our summer vacation. I called Simply Eyeglasses and had the good fortune of talking to a delightful lady named Cindy who was in Customer Service. WOW! Did she ever deliver customer service! Cindy was extremely helpful, exactly what Customer Service is suppose to be! She and I were on the phone for probably 30-40 minutes as she searched all eye glass sites to try and help me find just the right pair of glasses that I wanted. Sadly, the type of glasses that I wanted are no longer available. However, with her determination and hard work, she was able to find my beloved frames that had been discontinued and I managed to get a pair! I was thrilled and so thankful. When you look up Customer Service in the Dictionary, NO DOUBT - Cindy's picture will be there! Thank you Cindy for a job well done. I had been looking for discontinued frames fo a while. My frames were quite old. I loved the style and color and Cindy from Simply Eyeglasses went above and beyond to not only track them down but assure that they actually got into her hands so she could make sure that my frame and exact color were what I was going to receive. There had been a mix up in communication and Cindy went the extra mile to track my frames down. This is my first time ordering frames and lens on line. I had been searching for a discontinued frame for literally years, yes, I said years.
Every so often, I would get the bug to try to find them. My reasoning being that somewhere in the whole world, there must be one pair of used frames someone wanted to sell or a new pair stuck away in a warehouse. No luck UNTIL, I spoke to Cindy at Simply Eyeglasses. In just a few days, she emailed me that she had found my frames and she would have them sent to me! JOY! They came. Right size, right color. HAPPY! Now that I am sure I have the right frames, my level of TRUST in this company is high, so I decided to order lens from them, too, so sent the frames back along with my prescription. A couple of weeks later, I have my glasses. EASY!
This company has a very informative web site, but if you can't find an answer to your question, there's always Cindy. She answered the phone each time I called and emailed me to keep me updated on my order. She made me feel like she had a personal interest in seeing that my glasses came out alright. Great Lady!
