I have ordered from simply hike a couple of times now and I have returned to this company because the website has been laid out in a simple and logical way, competitive prices and fantastic range of items. The items have always been delivered with suitable packaging and arrived promptly. Great company who I will happily use again in the future.

Goods (Berghaus waterproof overtrousers) were very competitively priced; order was processed speedily, item was well packed and received promptly. Very pleased with the trousers and their sizing is accurate but not been able to test them in a downpour yet so am assuming all will be well but anyway they have the Berghaus guarantee. Overall an efficiently excellent service and would happily buy from this company again.

Great service from Simply Hike and very pleased with these hiking boots. I have a narrow, low volume foot and have tried many pairs of hiking boots without success. These are a perfect fit and the memory foam around the ankle makes them very comfortable.

Product delivered very quickly, packed well and order handled efficiently.

At time of purchase the description was for a gore windstopper hat that would not let an cold winds through even on the coldest of days. When the hat arrived it was knitted with a loose knit that you could see through let alone wind. It had the smallest of windstopper bands around the ear area.
(since returning the item they have changed the description to be more accurate. It was also a completely different blue in colour. It was a dark navy. I returned the item as it was not what I had purchased in good faith or anything like what I required. Simply Hike did refund my cost and the original postage fee, but I feel very aggrieved that I had to pay the return postage when they description was totally misleading and I would not have purchased it in the first place.

Very quick delivery on a good quality product. Large choice of colours and sizes. This item was bought as a birthday present and the medium size is a true fit. The person who received this hoodie was really pleased with it.

Daughter-in-law was delighted with the item, well made and true to size. She did exchange them for a size larger than her normal size 10 as they were a little tight when worn over trousers when cycling. Exchange was quick and trouble free.

Reliable and quick service. Telephone or chat service could be better . Pricing needs to be more clear as the discount claim online is misleading. that's why I give 4 stars.

The product was good value, shipped quickly and at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, the backpack was too long in the back for my wife, so it had to be returned. However, the return was seemless and I was refunded immediately. I will use Simply Hike again and from my experience would recommend them to anyone.

Very quick delivery time from ordering, with full information on progress. It's a bonus that the Simply group use DPD delivery services with one hour delivery time slots. They complement each other, leading to exemplary service.

APART FRO THE ABOVE , THE GOODS DID ARRIVE IN TIME. BUT IF THEY CHECKED EMAILS IN THE MORNING, THEY WOULD HAVE SEEN I EMAILED .

I only bought a couple of cheap items. They arrived quickly although the packaging was a little battered (not necessarily Simply Hike's doing). I would certainly look at them again for any larger purchases.

Why 4 stars? Well the emailed request for a review is the second I've received from the company - I know reviews are important to shopping sites, and I support a widening of the online market away from the obvious behemoth, but just one request would be enough thanks... and I'll either get around to it or I won't.

Exactly as described, and very quickly delivered.

I purchased a coat from simply hike and the zip split. I called them up and they sent me an email with the return slip, it all went really smoothly and I got a replacement coat within a few days.

The item itself is great and the company couldn't have been more helpful. It is brilliant to receive such good customer service, especially as companies these days don't seem to do that.

Superb service

When I ordered the garment, I was kept updated about dispatch and expected delivery date. It arrived when I was not at home and my husband received the delivery within 5 minutes of the expected time. Unfortunately the garment fit was a little too snug so I returned the item by signed delivery and a replacement was sent out very quickly.
I can't fault the service and would not hesitate to use Simply Hike again: value for money and service were very good.

Super prompt delivery, Great boots that can be worn straight from the box

Berghaus ladies gaiters received quicker than I could get them on. Environment now benefitting as I don't have to wash my walking trousers every time I go walking. Superb service and product. Thank you
