Really happy with the service I get and it’s quick and easy. Ron who comes and pick it up is really friendly and always have a chat. Can’t ask anymore from them and will always go the extra mile.

turn up when they are supposed to and just generally good quality service.

Ordered a skip online with specific delivery & collection instructions. Skip arrived on designated day (in the afternoon) but no show on the collection date. A week later, the skip was still not collected. An e-mail (they're not accepting calls due to Covid) was greeted with a one line...due to logistical problems...reply and no apology. I was told the skip would be picked up on the Wednesday (8 days late) but again no show and no communication. I sent another e-mail and this time the reply did include an apology, more logistical excuses and a revised date of the Friday. Skip was collected on the Friday by a very helpful driver. All in all, really poor service. I shan't be using them again.

Very professional. Skip arrived early by on the first day. I emailed about skip pick up and got a reply promptly. I will use this company again.

From the initial enquiry about suitability of space to delivery within an agreed timeframe and a very helpful skip driver to convenient collection without hassle, the whole experience has been really easy. I was very upset to find the man who dropped it off never mention how high I could go and because if this I was left with two large items I didn’t put on only to find as I was walking my dog he had stop down the road accepted money to add peoples building rubbish on the skip I paid for when I challenged him he promised me he would pick up the other items next day 10days later still not come don’t get a skip is my advice !!!!!!!!!!!

Skip delivery was delayed into the evening due to "challenges" and then collection completely missed without any prior notification. Out of hours answering machine advises the office is open on a Saturday but the company is only open Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm.

Delivered nice and early and collected when I asked, great price and communication

Very happy with the service. They dropped it of with no hassle and actually picked it up after the 10 days was up. Would recommend them and use them again
