They were simply the best. Good service all round. Especially the drivers who deliver and pick up the skips, they were professional, friendly and kindly.

We're a deli, refill shop and cafe in Eynsham and have been customers of Simply Waste services for our "recycling" collection for many years. We pay for a separate 'mixed dry recycling' bin as well as a separate food waste collection and a fellow business opposite pays extra for a separate glass recycling bin. Since the start of lockdown we have noticed that Simply Waste have been throwing our carefully separated materials all into the back of the same truck. Such levels of contamination renders much of the material unrecyclable - particularly the cardboard, which once covered with oily foodwaste, is only fit for incineration. It makes Simply Waste's touting themselves as a sustainable and eco-aware business highly suspect indeed, don't you think?

Whilst we accept Covid has presented unprecedented challenges to many business, for Simply Waste to combine our collections in this way without telling us and while continuing to charge us for separate collections is both underhand and a downright rip off. When we first noticed it, we spoke to their call centre who said it was "due to exceptional nature of Covid" and that normal service would resume shortly. This was months ago, and with hospitality venues now back open, their excuse that the round was too small to justify separate collections looks very weak. Regardless of that, the lack of communication on their part is clearly unacceptable. How many of Simply Waste's other customers are thinking they are doing the right thing by paying for separate recycling services and are being ripped off like us?

I have never had to do anything like order a skip before and I have to say I am so happy I chose you - the service and help I received was amazing from delivery, collection and to answering my queries - I would highly recommend Simply Waste Solutions. Thank you

Did use a local skip hire previously and they were worse than useless, put me off from hiring skips for ever almost! Such a breath of fresh air SWS, so pleasant phone manner and accurate delivery time, would definitely use again

This review is for my experience so far, hence the one star.
Booked skip online and instructed that it has to be delivered between 8 and 12 as I work late shifts. On day of delivery no skip arrived and no call. When I called they said due to issues the delivery will be next day. All waste now on my front lawn and skip is booked for next day.

Excellent service with good communication to their customer. Reliable and professional

From the inital phone call to book my skip these guys were professional and friendly. The delivery driver was very helpful and skillfully manouvered my skip into my front garden. The pickup driver was equally efficient although I was not there he cleared and stacked neatly the boxes I had saving his spot. All in all, a very friendly, eficient and very reasonably priced service. I will definatly be using again and have no qualms in recomending ther service.

Simply Waste Solutions is an excellent skip hire company. I was able to book a skip at very short notice and the booking system was very efficient. The driver who delivered and subsequently collected the skip was very polite and good humoured and delivery was really quiet (important, as it was 8:00 a.m.) -. I hadn't realised the skip lorry had arrived until the driver phoned me from outside! The skip was collected on time and the price was very good. I would definitely use this company again for any future skip hire needs.

Very easy to book. On the day the skip was I Had to call to confirm time of delivery. Driver was polite and put the skip where we needed it.

Called the company to arrange collection and they turned up when they said they would.

Cost effective and great service.

First time if used a skip and ordering is easy. Significantly cheaper than most firms as long as you are aware of the weight limits.
Arranging pick up was quick and they were punctual and the driver was friendly .

Excellent service. Delay in delivering it but was no problem. Easy to get in touch with and good communication. We will use again.

Skip arrived at 10.00 in the evening it was due to be delivered with no warning.
Arranged a collection, which I was assured was going to be in office hours.
Got a call at 8pm on the evening the collection was due, asking if it was ok to collect it after 10.00 in the evening!
Not really set up for domestic customers if they think Jo Public wants a skip dropped that late !

Nice and friendly staff.Proffesional advice from both Shamek,who books the skip and skip lorry driver also. I will definitely recommend this company to others for solving waste problems.

Received the right size skip, however was a closed in 8 yrd skip, so not as described on website, this did however make loading the skip awkward, bit of a delay on collecting skip at end of hire, but not a major issue as was cheaper to hire than other companies, would recommend and certainly use again.
